They should call this place Golden Bacteria! Although my wife loves this place. I refuse to go there. Manily becuase parents let there small children cough and sneeze all over alll the foods. One kid wiping his nose and then wiping his snot on the counter of the salad bar was enough for me. the Food was at best fair. the Steaks are never prepared correclty and the guy on the Grill never speaks english! W#hich Really pisses me off. The company does not enforce the rule that children must be accompanied by an adult! EVER. Ive told my wife you go have a good time. Make sure you have your tetnus and diptheria shots up to date before you go! I wont go back there again. Id rather eat at the worst Taco Bell or Wendys in the Valley and take my chances than ever eat there again. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN HEALTH RISK.............JUST WATCH ALL THE SICKLY LOOKING KIDS AT ALL THE BUFFET SPOTS WHERE THEIR HEADS, NOSES AND MOUTHES ARE AT FOOD LEVEL!!! COUGHING, SNEEZING AND BREATHING ALL THEIR SCHOOL GERMS ALL OVER YOUR YUMMY SELECTIONS........................ID RATHER EAT A RAW FISH FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE Golden corral, HOWEVER THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. It made me sad. The food was either too salty or to bland. No flavor. Not a lot to choose from for a Golden corral. Whoever is the cooking crew needs training. Inside looked dirty and very small so if its the weekend theres no room to move around or enough food kept in bars. The price is not worth it this location. Spent $70 for my family to pick at there plate. I recommend Lynchburg location if you really want Golden Coral as Ive been there and loved it.

Its not bad at all i love their buffet at Golden Corral. I usually come once a week to either the Roanoke or Christiansburg locations. I have found their pizzas and spaghetti to be very good and also the steak, veal and other options. I have found customer service to be very efficient. They care about your opinions and try hard to serve you fast and efficiently. Really a place that you know your cared about. I usually dine in alone, because my wife doesnt enjoy their buffet but I have brought her with me on the occasion.

Ive been there many times but my last two times going were not the best. I had a rude employee, and the last trip which was 11/05/16 the employees up front serving drinks were snickering at me and my daughter for whatever reason. I told the manager about that and he was the worse, making excuses for their behavior. Its not nice to have employees picking on customers in their face thinking no ones paying attention. The prices have gone up as well. Will not ever go back!

One of the worst Sunday Brunchs I have ever had. Their advertisements and sign out front says "seven days a week brunch until 2". At 11:00 AM the pancakes, waffles and french toast was not on the line. At 11:30 AM they took down the omelet station. At this time there was no breakfast food on the buffet. If you are going to advertise brunch until 2, there should be food for both breakfast and lunch. I will not recommend this to anyone not will I return.

My dad and I were driving from Florida on our way up to New Hampshire. Ive never seen a rush hour so horrible. Had to wait to sit at a very tiny table and even so the server we had didnt pay half the attention to the plates and we had to get 2 other servers to get a refill. If anything continue along the street to Harrisonburgs golden corral, they have better food and a lot friendlier service and WAY MORE organized.

Warning!!! Do not ask google for weekend buffet prices for golden corral roanoke va, it will give you the wrong price!! When u inform the manager about it, he will say that isnt their website. Not only was this the initial bad taste, they also tool away the good honey butter and replaced it with another honey butter that isnt nearly as good. I will say that the ham was great and the shrimp

My overall experience was mediocre! The food is subpar, but the staff is super friendly ❤... I recommend them to put hand sanitizer at the buffet because these nasty customers make it hars for a pimp. Lol. Son, I dont wanna see ya butt crack nor your dirty hands touching the feeding spoons. Get it together people. ....

Great service...thanks to Barbara who made us feel at home..just enough attention. Get tip money on your card at time of purchase if you dont carry cash. Good food...a little overpriced, but plenty of choices. Save room for dessert.

Great selection of food. Barbara is a excellent server along with others. Children shouldnt be allowed to visit the food bars under the age of twelve for sanitary reasons .Overall a good place to eat a filling meal.

Food is good, and always hot and plentiful. The prices have increased some, but you get good quality (all you can eat) food, along with great service for your buck. Definitely on my top 5 list.

Never came out hungry, and everything you want is on the buffet fresh. Not a bad deal , as you can have everything on the menu for the price of 1 meal . Breakfast is great.
