07/25/17 The service at 8207 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294 was awful. I placed an order for a watermelon smoothie and Chia bananna boost. I was charged for 3 smoothies. Informed store manager "Jackie" of the error and should have only been for 2 smooties. The "manager" wanted to argue with me about this is what i ordered. This is not acceptable at all and does display customer service. I asked for a refund again and asked for the manager. Jackie finally gave me a refund after asking as if he needed to call someone to get the authorization of approval. He wrote a long note as to why a refund was needed. To top it all off there was only 1 other person in the store at the time. I feel as though a more responsible persob should be in charge of the store and he needs some retaining as store manager.

In the mornings, its easy in and easy out. Around lunch time, its a different story. Therefore, pack your patience around lunch time. The smoothies are made well and to order if you want different ingredients. You can substitute without any problem. They offer flatbreads and wraps. My personal favorite is the King Cesar wrap. For lunch, a wrap and smoothie are quite filling.

This is The worst tropical smoothie in the Richmond area. They have messed up both my smoothies and put incorrect meat on my sandwich numerous times. U only said good for the food because of the brand. Ill drive out of my way to go to another store

Great smoothies, though the staff need to better understand and speak English. Even I had a hard time understanding them and I dont even have an American accent. On the plus side they are very prompt and have never made an error with my order.

This particular branch cheated me out of my Asian wrap and banana! I ended up with a whole grain bread with turkey smothered in mustard sauce and that faintly tasted like fish! My fault for not checking the bag before I left.

Nice little restaurant. Sell mainly wraps, sandwiches pretty much similar to Appleby. Large smoothie selection. Got mango magic.....it was simply magical. Friendly, hard working staff.

Prices have gone down to about $4 per full size smoothie! The people that work here are very nice. Get the chia banana smoothie - its amazing after a workout.

The food is pretty good. But the overall look of this location is unsanitary. Everytime I go in the bathroom is gross, last time I went it was flooded!
