Purchased unsweetened iced tea from THIS Panera for the first time on Gateway and it was cloudy and turbid. Ive been an avid tea drinker all my life. Ive frequented many Paneras across the Eastern US. I brought the tea issisue to the Mgr attention and he stated " its fine" I explained that other Panera establishments dont serve cloudy turbid tea and I explained that turbid and cloudy tea can be a sign of contamination or having satvout in hot weather for an extended length of time. I also explained that turbid / cloudy tea can be a health hazard. He simply repeated " I drank it and its fine". Rather than argue with this 20 something "Manager" I simply chose NEVER to purchase anything from this Panera again. The Panera in spotsylvania is always awesome and their tea is never cloudy or turbid looking. Very poor customer service.

Im am so pissed!!! We eat at Panera all the time and I have NEVER had an experience like this. We got two turkey avocado BLTs at the drive through and they are cold, not just the meat, but the whole sandwich. The sandwiches look like they were made hours ago and the bread is soggy. The only reason for 2 stars is because Deserie (manager) was trying to make it right, but when my wife tries to eat it and gags because of sogginess , and we were 10 mile away, its kinda to late to turn back. If I want a pre made cold sandwich Ill save myself 17 dollars and stop at any old gas station. Oh and we specifically asked for them to be Paninis and we got this instead..

Picked up at the drive through. Got home to find they recently made their sandwiches smaller and my wifes tomato mozzarella flat bread only had a single tomato slice, sprinkled with a few pieces of arugula. I tried calling to talk with a manager, but could not get anyone to answer. 30$ For this UPick2 meal. Will never be back to this Panera again.

Panera has been raising their prices lately which sucks. Also, idk if they changed or I did but I get their broccoli cheddar soup literally every single time I go and lately the cheesiness has had less than pleasant reactions in my stomach. I wont be able to continue ordering it after the last experience.

Stopped at this panera to wait out some brutal traffic and stumbled upon the best customer service of my life. The manager was so friendly and when a mistake was made in my order he was quick to very generously correct and over compensate me for the error. Such a friendly staff!

We have been going to this location for years. Today the restaurant was dirty..my bread bowl hardly filled. The ladies room was a mess and not stocked. The employees were bantering back and forth ...given their ages they acted like they were at recess. I was disappointed.

They treated me like a queen! I suffer from extreme food allergies. Not the ones that are considered normal. They went out of their to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. And on top of it the food was really good! Ill be back!

This place was amazing compared to the one in Stafford. The food was good, they gave you it quickly. Everything was clean, people were helpful. The manager even came to make sure we had everything. Great.

Chicken noodle soup was Luke warm and was mostly broth. No covers for the flimsy cups. Half a tuna sandwich plus small bag of chips plus turkey melt and chips with cinnamon roll was $26.

I just got coffee, but it was good. I dont like when they dont ask for my rewards card. I feel like Im bothering them by producing it. The Panera rewards program is great!

Asked for a coffee and iced coffee with a little half and half. Coffee was lukewarm and iced coffee was mostly cream. Very simple order, but they couldnt get it right.
