The service at this location is slow and poor. I have been trying to ignore it since its the closes location to my house but I cannot anymore. The wait for your order is about 15 minutes, the staff is nasty and not friendly. I called one time to place my order over phone and the person hung up on me. Then we I called back she said I didnt hear anybody on the line with an attitude not Im sorry about that or how can I help you. Another times my smoothie was not made correctly (no favor missing ingredients). I have called this location several times to speak to a manager and the manager is never there leave a message with staff or on voicemail never receive a return call. BY FAR THE WORST TROPICAL SMOOTHIE LOCATION I HAVE BEEN TOO. I HAVE DECIDED TO TRAVEL A LITTLE FURTHER AND GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

I ordered a smoothie with my favorite flavors, I received excellent customer service and my smoothie was ready pretty fast. The only thing I would change is some of the prices, some items were decently priced others were over priced. I wish the rewards card/app allowed you to earn rewards a little faster.. its kind of a disappointment.

A little hard to find parking late weekend mornings, but worth it for the refreshing smoothie boost. Favorites are the detox island green and caribbean c-burt! An especially nice way to start a morning after a night of going out... :)

Very slow service, and they always have new workers at the register that dont know how to input gift cards or scan the rewards app. Very frustrating! The food and smoothies are pretty good, which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 star.

Must be a change of management. Service sucks, never had a liquid smoothie been a while since there. Cup compressed putting straw in cup exploded mybe equivalent to three cubes of ice. Will not go back. Suck Suck Suck.
