We have been ordering hams from Honey Baked Ham for many years; every Thanksgiving and Christmas that I can remember, and a few other times thrown in too. Regardless of where we live, we try to find a Honey baked ham store some like the ones in Richmond and Gainesville. It is the main dish that we brought with us to these big family holiday gatherings. Others brought turkey, chicken, roasts and whatnot... but the HGH ham was always one of the most popular dishes on the table. Over the years, as family moved to different parts of the country, the gatherings have become a bit smaller... so we now just order a smaller ham. No problems! HBH has the size we need. Always tasty. Always ready on the date & time of our reservation. Always the hit of the party. Delicious. Pricey, but worth it to us.

Fellas, this is where you go on your first date or take your girlfriends parents to lunch after church on Sunday to show them what a sensible decision maker you are. The food tastes amazing, is reasonably priced, and is appropriately portioned. The environment is clean and laid back, with a very hospitable feel. You wont find better ham in Richmond or Virginia. Take it from me - a former resident of Smithfield VA! I highly recommend this restaurant for a comfortable low key place to have a fantastic meal!

I have been eating Honey Baked Hams for years. You can never go wrong and always have a very good experience and happy with the taste. Best known for the Hams but they serve a number of items. You can also eat lunch. It cost a little more but it is well worth the extra $s. The food is always fresh and higher quality. They cater but I have not tried this service but I have heard positive feedback. The store gets very busy around the Holidays!

Wow!!!! My Dept. Ordered their food yesterday it was the best box lunch Ive had in a long time. Never had it before. I didnt eat mines at work but eaten it around 8. The food was fresh as if I just ordered it. It was really good. I live in Varina but it is worth traveling to Short Pump. Thanks.

My girlfriend and I have gone here 3 times for lunch and they are always out of the food we want to order. I dont understand how a business that sells food is always out of everything. The food is very overpriced for what they give you as well. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Absolutely the best chicken salad! You can get fresh sandwiches with quality meats made to order. This place is great for picking up whole hams and turkeys for family dinners or just to stop in for a quick bite to eat.
