Normally I enjoy the food and service. Unfortunately tonight I was let down greatly by your restaurant. I placed an order at 7:45 and was told there would be a 40 minute wait for my food when I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 I was told that there was no record of my order. No one seems to offer any sort of consolation other than the fact that I can replace my order and wait another 15 to 20 minutes for my food. It pains me to think that I may take my business elsewhere as I now have a night wasted without dinner for me and my wife. hopefully I can give this restaurant another try in the future but for now I am left with not a sour taste in my mouth but no taste at all. I am very disappointed.

Everything was great! The spring rolls were the freshest Ive had; I loved the sprigs of cilantro and the peanut sauce was light and tasty. My seafood pad Thai was wonderful, with a perfect ratio of seafood. It, too, was fresh and not as heavy as some others Ive had. My husband enjoyed the Garlic Chicken Stir Fry. The service was very good, and we didnt wait long at all for our food. The chef even came out to greet us, and we certainly told him how perfect our food was. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

food was ok but there was NO ONE in there besides me and my boyfriend on a Saturday at 8 o clock..and I quickly realized why. The service was awful, they took our order and basically dissappeared. There wasnt near enough sauce in my curry dish so I waited 15 minutes for him to come back so I could ask for more. He straight out told me no, even though I would have offered to pay for it. I said I MIGHT want sake and he brought it anyway.. just horrible service and mediocre food. I will never come back.

This was our first visit - The spring rolls are awesome, lots of great veggies, and the dipping sauce was amazing. Husband ordered PadThai. He LOVED it, I thought it was a bit sweet. I ordered Vegetable Green Curry, and OMG the flavor was out of this world. Husband liked it but stated he couldnt eat an entire order of it, too spicy for him. Service was great, oh and the Thai Iced Tea was super yummy. We will return

I have eaten here maybe 7 or 8 times over the past year that Ive known about it. Everything I have ever ordered here has been amazing and the waiter has always been friendly. Sometimes the food is a little slow but I assure you its absolutely worth it. Ive eaten at many different thai restaurants from cary town to broad street and this ranks among my favorites.

Food was great! I always eat here. Unfortunately, I brought my 14 year old niece and she ordered a noodle bowl. She did not like her choice. I communicated this to the waiter and ordered another entrée. I was told, I had to pay for both. I tried to convey this was her first time trying thai, but needless to say, it fell on death ears. I will not be returning.

Very thankful for this place! To have such a great Thai place close to your house is awesome, I eat her at least once a week. If I were to move away I would return for the food. Great family owned business that deserves a much larger following. If it was located in Carytown it would be packed daily for lunch and dinner. Please try this place!

Last time I am ever ordering from this place and I have been a customer for over 7 years here. Order shrimp tempura and its put in a freaking brown paper bag. Seriously WTF? Shrimp pad thai, a joke of shrimp tempura (which looks like corn meal, not tempura) satay and a side of steamed white rice came to $42. Portions cant feed two people.

Genuine food. Delicious. Quality ingredients. How often do you order something at a restaurant and get told "we arent making that today the quality of the mangos wasnt up to par"? It says a lot about how much pride this family owned place puts on their food. Ive never had a mediocre meal here. Friendly warm service too. Eat here!

You better tip them ... Else they will stop you and make you to tip them. I give tip each and every time this time food was pathetic and I really dont like food and dint give tip Even if food is bad they dont care about it but ask why their is no tip. They advised to take home .

Good thai food. One of the better options in town. We always get to go. Speed of service is hit and miss so dont be in a hurry. Portions on the low side of average but prices are reasonable.

This place is up there with ginger in terms of flavor. Friendly staff too! Tasty pad Thai, just be specific about how spicy you want it (default is mild spiciness).
