Great food, great service! I would go there all the time if I were a local. I tried the skinny breakfast which was egg whites, fruit & 2 multi grain pancakes w/ sugar free or regular syrup and I have to say it was great! I know how it sounds, & w/ so many delicious choices, I was reluctant, but I was satisfied, fulfilled & did not feel like I was missing anything. My boyfriend built his own omelet, which consisted on 3 cheeses, cheddar, Jack & American with bacon, hashbrowns, biscuits & gravy. He also was not disappointed.

After a myriad of bad experience after bad experience I can comfortably say this place is dead to me. The servers are inconsistent, overly forgetful and borderline rude. Since my family and I have been patrons of this establishment, we have seen a steady decline in the overall experience. The only shining light has been the management staff, though that is in question due to the wait staff being so mediocre. All in all if I could give a zero star I would, this place is just not worth your headache.

I asked for a cup of coffee and my cup was dirty. It had some sticky substance inside the cup. Then I ordered blueberry crepes and they were swimming in blueberries. They just threw on way too much blueberries. After digging out the soggy crepes, as I was cutting through a piece of crepe, I found a blond hair embedded in it. Never going back.

TRASH!!! I ordered to-go my food was cold and I arrived earlier than expected so theres no excuse for that.. Half of my food was missing then when I called to inquire they said come back I said I cant just put the money back on my card . Then they hung up , I proceeded to call back and to no avail I got no answer.. What kind of business is this ??

Really great food at the right size and price. Only downside is the waitress didnt keep my water glass full unless asked and even with that it was a 5 to 10 minute delay on the refill. Plus she didnt check to see if coffee needed refilled as well. If the glasses/mugs were filled this would have been a 5 star experience.

A friendly place to come by for a family brunch. The food quality and service is definitely much better than most chains in this category (Dennys etc...). Impressive effort by the kitchen for special requests (e.g. extra brown potatoes). The staff is attentive and accommodating. Pay up-front when youre done.

Its been really long time where I left a restaurant without tipping. My table was abandoned. I had to walk up to cashier to ask for water. All ketchup bottles were empty. Needless to say, I walked out without tipping since I pretty much served myself. Never going back here again.

Stopped on a Sunday morning and during the lunch crowd. Was told a 25 minute wait and they nailed it. Service was amazing even for being so packed. Food came out hot and was good. I definitely will consider this place for future stops traveling through to visit family.

Best Bob Evans Ive ever been to. Im not big on the chain, stopped here because it was convenient. There folks were genuinely kind, gentle and sweet to me. The food was above the normal bland Bob Evans level too. Bravo.
