We enjoy this Qdoba and go here almost once a week because both the food is good and so too is the service. Kristian and Kendra always take great care of us, and start on our order before we even ask for it. They always remember our 7 yr olds quirky order and are good sports when our little one tries to be a big kid and order it for herself. As for the food itself, about 90+% of the time, the food is great, fresh, and consistent, and the lines move quickly. Every so often, we see a new person learning the grill, and the chicken might be a tad overcooked, but the kinks get worked out quickly. Another great bonus is their rewards program that lets you earn free meals. For quick service tex-mexish food, 5 stars!

Today I decided to try something new and ordered the Craft 2 Menu. It allows you to choose two items from a list and I chose the gumbo and 2 soft tacos. What a great choice! The gumbo was full of flavor and was nearly a meal in itself. I had the tacos with chicken and the mango salsa. On the whole it was a very healthy and satisfying meal for much less than one normally expects to pay.

Very respectable staff and amazing food! I was just traveling through and wanted some quick mexican cuisine and I had heard from a friend that this place had really good food. Indeed it is good. Stop by your Qdoba in Midlothian/Richmond Virginia and enjoy the quesadillas (they are my fav).

The Chicken Burrito had very little chicken in it... I paid ~$8.00 for rice, beans, salsa in a shell. Very disappointing and when I brought to managers attention, he did not even look at it and determined that it was fine. What terrible customer relations.

Expensive for a small lunch. Keep going if you are hungry & $8 is better spent at Golden Corrals lunch salad bar buffet. Popular stop on working days but a line isnt worth it to me, ever.

Awful. Black beans werent cooked. Which was just icing on the cake after we waited five minutes in the empty restaurant to be served by staff that were in the back. Would never return here.
