Recently, had our wedding reception at Mi Hacienda on Midlothian Turnpike and it was wonderful! the FOOD was exquisite, the staff and waiters were great! They were attentive and cordial and very professional. The reception room was decorated beautifully! Thank you so much for putting this together in such short notice and making it a memorable occasion for all. The guests raved about the food: Tilapia, Chicken Breast and Pork were delicious. Gracias a Javier y a todos!

My husband and I love this place, they always have great food. Sometimes we find it hard to decide what to get to eat because they have so many good choices and we have loved all the meals we have tried, which is alot because in the past 3 years we have been many times. For the most part the service is great, we have had to servers we werent impressed with. Its a beautiful restaurant, has great Margaritas at a wonderful price.

the food was magnificent. the service was amazing (Oriana was very patient with first time patrons and super helpful). the food was under 25 dollars with a queso apetizer for two. I had the "Al Pastor" 4 taco mean, which was so delicious. my wife had the vegetable fajitas which had zucchini, squash, broccoli and mushrooms in addition to your standard peppers and onions. we both left full and satisfied. thanks so much!

The worst place to in Richmond to come if your party is more than 5. Im currently in this restaurant with a party of 30, and we had only 1 waiter for our entire party. The manager brought our food out and set it another table. Whats worse, we had a reservation and they still wasnt prepared for our group. This is my sons birthday and this was the place he requested. Sad to say, he was not happy. Thanks a lot!

I have been coming to Mi Hacienda since I was a kid. Now that I have moved out of state I always make it a point to come by whenever I am back in town. The food is still just as delicious as when I was a kid and the service is wonderful. There was a point there when the food was great but the service was lacking. I am glad to see that the service is back to matching the food quality!

My wife and I loved this place until we had family in. We took them to eat there and when my wife started to eat her food a roach was crawling across her refried beans. DISGUSTING!!! They did comp our entire meal but we just cant stomach the thought of an unclean kitchen. We will never go back and sadly enough....this is the best Mexican food around tbe Midlothian area.

Best waiter ever! Quality food and drinks and GREAT service! The waiter was always right on time when we finished our drinks and were ready for another. Didnt have to wait long for food either! I actually went outside to smoke a cigarette and my drink was close to empty when i went out. He came all the way outside to ask if i wanted another and brought over a table!

The food is always great and if you get Vincent as a server, like me & my family always do, youre lucky, he is awesome! Best place to get to get Mexican food in Virginia. The beer and mixed drink selection is awesome as well. Every time I try new Mexican restaurants they dont come close to tasting this great! Nothing compares to this place! Love it!

I love Mexican places where speaking Spanish is the easiest way to order and communicate with the staff. Good salsa. Ranch dip is strange but whatever. They have great aguas frescas like horchata which isnt entirely common. The street tacos are great and I like the al pastor especially. Lengua is great too.

My husband and I have been going here for 16 years and still enjoy the experience and food every time. Vincent has been our waiter for the last few years. He is very attentive and makes us feel like we are family....the best waiter in Richmond. If you havent been here, try it and ask for Vincent.

We have been there many times as a family. The atmosphere is wonderful. They bring out a generous basket of chips and salsa or ranch dip as an included starter. The meals are very reasonable and the food is very good. They are so reasonable that I have to consider them a best kept secret.

My boyfriend and I always go here for special occasions and date nights. We almost always get the same waiter, who is very gracious, accommodating, professional and kind. The food is great, the atmosphere isnt cheesy like a lot of Mexican restaurants. I highly recommend Mi Hacienda!

This is always one of my favorite restaurants. There are a lot of food choices and the wait staff are helpful and friendly. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the building is older and while they try to keep the bathrooms clean, theyre still kind of funky.

Great Mexican food, my favorite plate is the enchiladas and carne asada. It is affordable and good selection on beers and drinks. You can reserve this place for any events like wedding and birthday parties. It does have a separate area for parties with private bar.

Oh my gosh. ..The best Mexican food Ive ever had and Ive had a lot, great staff and very clean. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The waitress was also very kind and wonderful to my Autistic son, he even loved the tacos he got and he is VERY picky !

This is my go to place for Mexican food. The staff is kind, the food is delicious, and it feels relaxing to be there. Great fiesta steak taco salad, vegetarian quesadilla, salsa/chips/white sauce, and all around delicious. Love this place.

We found Mi Hacienda by accident, as we were hanging out in the area after a high school sports tournament. Now it has become on of our favorite places to go when in the area, Very good food. Great drinks. Friendly staff. Will be back

Awesome place. Staff is super friendly. Service is point on. Prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is cozy and comfy. I love it. I could eat here once a week but Ill have to control myself. :)
