On April 3, 2017 I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill at the Franklin Farm Village shopping center, Herndon, Virginia and ordered tacos and a chicken bowl to take home. While I enjoyed the food, there were some things that the restaurant management needs to address going forward. First, I ordered food to go around 2:30 pm and the person who took my order seemed a little cavalier and I had to ask for additional chicken, beans and vegies because the server was being a little too skimpy with the portions. Second, because the lettice serving bowl was nearly empty, I asked for some that was fresh. The server brought out a new bowl of lettice and added it to my tacos and salad bowl and then instead of throwing the old lettice out, he mixed it together with the new lettice. I also felt that the restaurant staff had too much of a casual attitude towards customers and the skimpy portions, other than the low cost rice, didnt set well with me. Overall, I gave this restaurant a 3 which could have been lower but the food was generally good. My previous experience with this restaurant was alao not much better.

My wife and I walked into this new Chipotle only to walk out within 3 minutes. When she placed her order, the guy behind the counter started to put stuff into the bowl. What he put in the bowl was about 1/3 to 1/2 of what would normally be put in there. On top of all of this, he even started to argue the fact that this was the "standard amount". We have been to many Chipotle restaurants and this was the only one that has done anything like this. I would not recommend going here until they can get their stuff in line with the other restaurants.

Worst Chipotle I have ever visited...and I went 2x within a week so it wasnt just a one off experience. This Chipotle location is soo skimpy about any and all of the fillings offered. I asked for more lettuce and got a very dirty look by the person making my burrito bowl. On the 2nd visit, I got two burritos...most people joke about how the burritos are soo big and heavy. Well, these barely had any steak or other fillings either. Wont be going back to this location again.

The rice and beans are raw (not cooked enough), we have been here several times, thinking that once in a while everyone makes a mistake. But we have experienced it during all our visits here. I hope the management realizes this oversight. Not sure whether they are oblivious of the fact that the rice and beans are not cooked enough or that they are compelled to rush and get the food out as quickly as possible. Regardless its a loss for their patrons.

Chipotle itself has become very bad. Their meat portions have reduced so much that we had to get extra chicken. Also, their containers are so low quality that it seeps liquid and it ripped through the bag and my carry out fell down. The chicken also tasted low grade.Whatever happened to these guys.

This Chipotle is great. Dont let isolated events judge whether or not you want to go here. I love Mexican Food and Chipotle does it right. And @caFoodie they write chicken or beef or whatever on the raper of the food not on the food or tortilla of the burrito.

Affordable, fresh food made in front of your eyes out of good healthy ingredients. Similar to a waffle house, a clear view of the kitchen and food preparation process gives me confidence in what Im eating, despite the ecoli scandal.

Ive tried pretty much every combination offered. The fav has to be chicken burrito. Depends on the day, the server you get. My only complaint is when skimping on portion size sometimes. Other than that good food, good price.

I have been trying to get chipotle for a week now and there always close at 9:50 when it says it closes at 10:00. And now on neww years day they close at 6. This is just disappointing.
