Terrible customer service! I called in and prepaid my order and was told I would have a 45-60 minute wait. Nearly 1.5 hours later, I call to check on the status of my delivery and asked the person who answered the phone to call the driver and be sure my order was not taken to the wrong place, and she was very short with me. Did not want to hear me out after I explained that gps may take driver to wrong address...she did not do much to reassure me. I waited and wound up calling back, and the same person, again, was short with me. She gave me the drivers number and insisted I call him...I did, and about 15 minutes later, he finally showed up, unfortunately for me, my order was incorrect. On top of all of that the food was just "ok". I have had better! Will never spend money there again!

Food was fine - driver creeped me out. I ordered in because Im sick. Driver arrived, handed over, then made a comment about "No tip for the driver?" I already tipped online - let me repeat, I had ALREADY TIPPED when ordering. The driver kept bothering me about how "he" (Im guessing his manager?) "never told me about that. Are you sure? Are you sure? I dont know." I eventually just said "yes, Im sure. Talk to your manager about it, not me." and closed the door. It was creepy - like he was either trying to scam me into tipping twice, or something else suspicious.

GREAT PLACE! I always come here. Seriously, every other chinese restaurant I go to tastes like cafeteria food in comparison to Ho Wah. Its always fresh and hot, egg drop soup and general tso is to DIE for. Not to mention the lady behind the counter is super nice. A+ Ho Wah, you have had my business for years and will continue to have my business.

Never had a problem with my food or order. Weve been eating here since 2011. My only complaint is food here is nothing like Chinese food up north. No chicken fingers, (think sweet and sour chicken, only big long pieces as an appittizer) and combination plates only include one meat not two like back home. One of only three places we like.

Ordered here for the first time online and they called immediately to verify my order and I had food delivered to my office within 15 minutes! The BEST fried scallops Ive ever had. The entrée was mostly onions/assorted veggies and very little meat but the spring rolls, shrimp roll, wonton soup, and scallops were incredible.

Would never order again from them. Poor customer service, called to order got attitude with me. They are open until 11:00, acting like I was bothering them for calling to place order at 10:00. Says they deliver, but only deliver certain times. Last time I did order and tried there food, wasnt that good

They used to have the best wings but the recipe has changed and it is now average. The crab Rangoon is hard to eat because of its awkward shape and size. Besides that, the sesame chicken and boneless ribs are super delicious and their staff has always been friendly. Ive been eating here since 2012.

The food is ok nothing to get hype about but they are so nasty. How you work in a kitchen looking like you just cut grass. And dnt forget about the kids running around going in and out the freezer knowing they aint wash their hands

Always check your chicken wings. They just sold me rotten chicken and i when took it back they just gave another cold ass 1 wing that was remaining. Just lost a coustmer NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Your typical neighborhood Chinese place. Good food and my order is always right and hot. Orders are usually ready in 10 minutes if youre picking up.
