If it was possible to leave less than one star, this place would definitely have it! I have gone into this place 4 times since they have opened and every time I leave I swear I wont go back, but I never learn my lesson! The very first time I went in was for the Dunkin Donuts side and ask for decaf coffee. It took they guy four times to make something before he realized I just wanted plain black decaf coffee. He then said he had no idea what decaf was so thats why he was lost. The second, third, and forth time were on the Baskin-Robbins side and it was just as bad! People not having a clue of there menu or the items they sell. This last time I went in I asked for a warm cookie sundae, which the cookies were never warmed up at all. So I got served hard cookies that have been sitting out all day. I asked her many questionsh like if she had more cookies in the back or only the few to choose from in the case. She told me she had more. When I asked for the chocolate chip (which was out in the case) she then looked at the case and told me there were no more. When I asked her questions about the warm cookie sundae, she did not know anything about the product to answer my questions. Every time I go in there, its always something new with some person that does not have a clue about the product they are selling. It really seems to me this place will just hire anyone off the street, throw them in a uniform and tell them to get to work with no training what so ever. I will promise this will be the last and final time I walked threw there doors!!

My daughters and I are literally still sitting in the parking lot of this establishment. Before I go any further I would like to say the place is clean and the ice cream is good. However the man I guess in charge today needs a very big attitude adjustment. The whole time we were looking at the menu the staff was TOO aggressive not giving us a chance to look at the menu. You know greet and back up let the customer tell you they are ready to order. Well he stood there rolling his eyes having some look of expression that if I had to explain the look it was a look like he doesnt like his job. While sitting there eating our ice cream another employee walked in and clocked in and right away the guy in charge starts drilling him and I have to give to the employee he kept a smile on his face nodding yes at everything me personally I would have took my shirt off and told him he can have this job its not worth the disrespect even my daughter said that he was very rude! If I eat baskin and Robbins again it wont be at this one.

I just went there and ordered a warm cookie sundae. Needles to say the cookies were not warm at all and it was very sloppily put together. I ask for a new one and the staff acted like it was a problem. Finally got a refund. All I can say is I will not return to that location. Remember people first impressions can cost you.
