Usually, I would love to comment on this place and give my humble suggestion to go here. However, on this night, June 15th 2017, things changed. The tables have turned. The bright light and save haven that was the Buffalo Wings Factory has become tarnished by a mixture of either incompetence, a mix up in he kitchen, or either a severe lack of humanity. I genuinely hope that the day comes when I can come back to this place and experience the true "all you can eat" meal without having to risk borderline starvation along the way. I truly pray that this establishment can make things right again, but sitting here at 10 pm after only having 2 baskets is a gross example of the true cruelty of capitalism. 2/5 star experience. EDIT: The manager here emailed me and compensated me for the meal along with my friends. After getting a gift card to make up for the meal I came back and was very pleased. We got wonderful service by our terrific waiter Frank and our food was served at a regular time again. Glad to say that the review above was only a one time diaster. Changed 1 star to a 4 star.

FANTASTIC. Great place, and a place I can consider myself a regular at. The service occasionally bogs down during busy times as expected but this place is miles above the other Wing Factory in Ashburn who seems to take the same amount of time for 3 people that they do for 30....... but thats another review. Hands down the nicest managers, servers, cooks, and food runners! I was sitting outside and enjoying one of their delicious brews when the wind kicked my menu into my glass of beer THAT WAS ALMOST FULL! I complained to my girlfriend about it and the manager (i think) told me not to worry about it and he bought me another beer out of pocket! They have a customer for life because I can no longer eat at Buffalo Wild Wings or hooters--they arent as nice or tasty!

WOW. I just moved here from Texas and got tired of the fast foods and major chains. I found this place and was excited - walked right in on Friday June 11th to catch some of the World Cup and grab a bite to eat. My servers name was Manny. I ordered my burger and waited for it to come out. and waited. and waited. All while I, myself, am one of three tables in the restaurant! 30 minutes for a burger and fries! Not once did he come to refill my drink during that time. I had to ask the hostess where he was after the 30 minute mark - he was at the bar eating his own lunch - she approached him, he ran to grab my food, and it came to my table - luke warm. NEVER will I eat here again. manny is one of the worst servers I have EVER had.

I have to say I had a pick up order tonight and when I got home I noticed I got the wrong stuff. When I called the manager was on it. I wasnt mad and didnt care if i had to go back. Were all human. Things happen. I offered to come back and he insisted hed bring me the right stuff. I am floored by the professionalism and the fact they came to me is beyond remarkable. I will keep going back not only for the great chicken. But the customer service thats just not heard of anymore. Wing factory you guys are doing something right and should be proud of your entire team.

BAD SERVICE! Waited a long time, while people who walked in after got seated immediately. My two guests ordered all you can eat wings, fries were supposed to come automatically but we had to ask for them. I asked for barbeque sauce and it never came. My buffalo chicken wrap that came with blue cheese dressing tasted neither like buffalo sauce nor blue cheese. Our drinks have sat empty for hours. Refills for wings took forever. Server did not acknowledge any of these problems....will not be going back.

Ive only been here for happy hour so here is my take on their happy hour - the selection of beers is great, the wing sauce choices are extensive (but many taste similar), the happy hour prices are good. The wings take a long time to cook for some reason. They are tasty and fresh, but take some time and the wings are small, so order more than you ordinarily would for meaty buffalo wings. Not much competition in this area, so definitely worth a visit if you like beers and wings.

This location does not disappoint in terms of what you would expect. Food was proper. It took a little long but the cook was probably one person in the back as we ate around 3pm on a Monday. I was surprised by the server and his sincerity and proper honesty. He was very helpful. B, if I had a job opening, I would hire you immediately. Youre openminded, learning, willing, and have a respect warranted in customer service. This helps the location you are at. Thanks.

Hands down they have the best wings Ive had in the area. I love endless wings on Thursday so that I can try more than one wing sauce at a time. I often want to go back here. Also the flatliner challenge is brutally hard, but a lot of fun with friends to watch you suffer (and the rest of the restaurant). As a challenge winner take it from me the stuff literally hurts on your skin so be warned. Favorite flavors - Fire and ice and Spicy Parmesan

Youll probably never crave anything from this place but in a pinch it works. They do have a ton of flavors of wings which is fun if you go on Thursday night(all you can eat wings). Otherwise my go to is the buffalo chicken quesadilla. If you are going to share a desert they have a couple of good options. They do have every football game on so if you want a good spot to post up to watch the out of market games this is a good place.

Come here often. Happy Hours are great, lots of different beer on tap, and they switch up the beer often. The Wings are actually spicy if you want them to be and they come out Hot, Fast, and tasty. Burgers and other food are all good. We had one issue with a salad, but basically weve figured if we want to eat healthy, we do not go here. Otherwise this place rocks, Ill continue coming in for Happy Hours and sporting events.

Food took too long to get served. On an "All you can eat" night it wasnt too busy. Had a good 4-5 empty tables, so the fact it took so long to get the wings out was no good. Ive been to the one in Chantilly and Ive never have gotten such bad service. This was the second time at this location and I am not impressed. The bathroom didnt even have paper towels to dry your hands.

Nasty all the way around. Might be ok for drunk college kids. Took one bite of my discusting grilled chicken sandwich and left it on the table with the white goey thick chapstic looking smears on my cup. Still paid and tipped. What a joke. By the way i have never written a bad review before. Thanks bwf for wasting my time and hard earned money. Never again. -Nate
