Not impressed with this BWW location at all! Ive been there a few times now, and the last two times were not good. Ive had minimal problems with the staff, but rather problem with the menus items. Two times ago my boyfriend and I were ordering, and the server waited till after we ordered to tell us we couldnt get the things we wanted off the menu because their oven was broken. Well, with the oven being broken, it turns out that you couldnt order about 1/3 of the things on the menu, which wouldve been extremely nice to know upfront because we wouldve just left and went to eat somewhere else! My most recent experience was fairly similar. I ordered, only to have the manager come out and tell me they they were all out of what I ordered (buffalo mac and cheese) and that they were also out of traditional wings and that my boyfriend got the very last order. I told him I was unable to get buffalo mac and cheese the last time I was there as well due to their oven being broken. After hearing this, he offered for me to choose a different entree on the house. Well, the thing is, honestly buffalo mac and cheese was the only thing I really wanted after not being able to get it last time, however, I had to order something else because there was really no other option. I would also like to say how does Buffalo Wild WINGS run out of wings?! I just dont understand. Apparently whoever does the ordering doesnt know what theyre doing. Another customer sitting near us mustve had a similar problem because I heard the manager also apologize and offer him something on the house as well. Just a big disappointment overall, and I never had that problem with the East York or West York BBW when I lived in York. My boyfriend and I have one gift card left for BBW, and after that we will not be returning to this location. If there is a problem like your oven being broken, please by all means put a sign on the door and dont waste peoples time. Theres no reason we couldnt have have been told that as soon as we walked in. Its like it was a ploy till after we were seated and had our beers and already picked out what we wanted to then be told we couldnt order those things - uncalled for.

Williamsport is not a social hub by many standards and there are plenty of franchised food chains. I first visited Buffalo Wild Wings in March of 2016 that was after having takeout from there and the quality amazing. Having food allergy prevents me from eating out often. When I checked BWW online menu it appeared they had taken allergies serious still I was not convinced I thought it would be simple to have it on paper. I called in advance and spoke with the General Manager, Professional, and felt confident that the quality of the food was consistent and safe. When we arrived I did remind the staff that someone in our party had a food allergy, staff took it serious without making an embarrassing spectacle and generally the entire staff to my knowledge was aware without making anyone in our party feel different from other guests! Quality of food honestly better then any wings (even salad) in the zip code. Price was very reasonable (Premium Beverage and food). Staff was professional yet enjoyable providing overall a true five star service. Environment was open sport themed, yet clean, not something I ever think of when I think of sports bar (Bar located in back made family friendly). If you live local to this establishment I strongly suggest trying it out before giving up on the areas food. If youre visiting it has a convenient location and surpasses the competition. I do not know of any employees that work there, I have no financial interest. Simply following a great evening I wanted to share a true five star experience. I hope the BWW maintains its current standings!

Called in an order for takeout after stopping for the night at a hotel, drove for 12 hours prior. Lady on phone at 835pm said order would take about 15 mins. Its Sunday night in a small town on Easter, they were not busy at all. A few tables were sat and maybe 10 people at the bar. Ordered two kids combos and the chicken taco appetizer. After 45 minutes the lady finally brings our to go order, not her fault but no excuse for kitchen staff to be so slow. Get back to the hotel to find that one kids meal was missing the fruit, and the other kids meal was missing the salsa for their chips and salsa. The tacos were to ha e cilantro, but no cilantro could be seen. I drove back to the restaurant and the lady gives me the missing items. Go back to our hotel, heat up the food because now it is cold. Kid doesnt want salsa because it is too spicy. I tried it, has a little kick, probably not best option to offer in a kids meal. Chicken tacos were overloaded with garlic, I could only eat 1 1/2 of the 3. All in all it was a huge waste of $16, a waste of my time and effort and only added to my frustration level.

I visited BWW on Saturday, September 4, and on Sunday, September 5 I normally enjoy the friendly sports atmosphere at Buffalo Wild Wings. Great food, lively sports theme. The food was what I have come to expect through my frequent visits. And Brian was great, chatting with the customers and demonstrating genuine friendliness. The Captain (I did not catch her name) kept the patrons engaged and the mood festive. On Saturday, I sat at at the bar. Horrible service. Jodi, acted as though it was a burden to serve her customer, both myself and others who dared sit at the bar. You should really consider putting her in the back where she wont harm your reputation of friendly service. Sunday was a totally different experience. Alecia was attentive, friendly, and engaging. A completely different experience, all to the good. An absolute joy to be served by Alecia. The rating will improve when the service consistency improves.

Ok, as soon as I sat down I ordered a beer and onion rings. The rings came out relatively quickly and were good. But its hard to screw up rings! I waited 20 minutes for a beer to be placed in front of me. I had to find my waitress to reminder of the beer and that I still hadnt ordered main course. Her excuse for the late beer is that they needed a new keg.....nice try but I travel 46 weeks out of the year - Ive heard them all. And the other reviewers raving about the wings - mediocre at best. Their just ok, not superb. IMO. BWW is good in a pinch.

Ive had better wings elsewhere. They were OK, but nothing to get excited about. Wings are 1/2 price on Tuesday, but only if you order a wing only plate, discount does not apply to a combo plate. Server did not clarity this at the table, even when I purposely asked. Got charged full price on bill. Manager got involved and adjusted the price. Had a large draft beer, but the top 2" of glass was just foam. I left feeling a bit cheated.

Was an unpleasant experience. Service was very slow. Meal came late. Actual food was good, but service is everything and it was not to a suitable standard. Says they guarantee 15 minutes or free. Took a minimum of 25 minutes for food to come. I wont be back. The other people accompanying me had bad food. Chicken was hard and dry...
