Wings Over makes some of the best wings I have ever had the opportunity of eating. Boneless wings are full white meat chicken strips that are fresh and not made of the cobbled-together "mystery meat" I find so often. Regular chicken wings are huge, and fried perfectly. Even their bleu cheese dressing is excellent, chunky and fresh without that "chemical" flavor that comes with most dressings. Cruisin Altitude is a sauce that must be tasted to be believed. I have never tasted a habanero based sauce that rivals and surpasses the commonly used cayenne sauce. *This is the third revision of my review, apparently I had a rogue delivery driver that delivered to my location near Wal-Mart at North Atherton. I tipped him lavishly, but Wings Over doesnt deliver to my location. The personnel are always attractive and friendly, but the fervently refuse to deliver to my location. Not recommended unless youre willing to go pick the food up yourself.

one wing to rule them all... "wings over" rocks! some of the many things i like about them is that they dont give you premade, precooked, heat-lamped BS like other places. you order it, and THEN its made. (a friend of mine once worked there, so i know this is true, not just marketing double-talk). the food is excellent. the prices, while on the upper end for this type of fare, are quite reasonable. the staff is professional and courteous from phone to groan (i always eat too much!). the only time i have ever had issues with my order was on rare occasions when the sauce wasnt on the side when i asked for it. and even then, i will admit that i might have forgotten to mention that detail when i called them up. just give em a ring and enjoy the wing. you wont be sorry.

Ive been buying Wings Over for a long time and their food and service was always excellent. I remember multiple times that would receive my food within 15 minutes of ordering it. I absolutely loved the place, but things have changed. Ever since I returned to school this year, the food and service has been horrible. It could be that they changed locations. Today I received room temperature food that was not what I ordered; it took them 45 minutes to get here. Nothing about it was right except for the flavor. I am extremely disappointed and think this was the last straw, and I do not plan to continue to order from Wings Over anytime soon. It is most frustrating that I live less than five minutes from their location at the corner of Atherton and Beaver.

To be completely honest this "restaurant" WAS a staple of my college career. I must emphasize the WAS because it no longer has any relevance to college students. On game days expect to wait hours for your food. Not to mention the terrible hours of 4pm - 1am. I mean seriously it sounds entitled to complain about those hours, but they are the worse in State College. Your money will be better spent elsewhere. (In all honesty the Cove has better and cheaper wings anyway) This company is hurting itself and no student should waste their money on Wings Over.

I was very unpleased. I heard this was the place to get wings. I traveled over an hour just to get their from my girlfriends birthday dinner. The Website and the front door both said open at 4pm. Well we showed up at 5:05pm and no ones was to be found. If youre not going to have to doors open or closed for the day. It would be so helpful to post a note on the door as too why youre not open. Even post on youre Facebook page would have helped, but no!!

Waffle fries are good. Cause is reasonable. Food is overall good. Im giving 3 stars because to some people, this next part doesnt matter, but to me, I cant eat there again. There were 3 or 4 good size (at least an inch) feathers on 1 of my wings. That grosses me out so bad I couldnt eat the rest of them. Some people dont care, and of you dont, the flavor is good on everything Ive had from there, so its worth checking out to you.

If I order food thats messy like boneless wings why arent napkins and utensils included with the delivery? Thats just simple customer service. I shouldnt have to ask for them. Most people who are ordering food arent always in a location where that is accessible. Thats the whole point of the convenience of delivery. Thats what makes it appealing. However, making a mess trying to eat boneless wings with your fingers is not. 1/5

Its a hefty portion of fried food for a reasonable price. Tasty, yes! Healthy, absolutely not. But if youre looking for fast delivery, a friggin pound of fried chicken and fries for 9 bucks, and a variety of sauces to douse it in, its fun. In other words, great drunk food. The establishment itself is just a counter with an army of staff answering phones and some chairs for you to wait in - no tables. Usually open late!

Best delivery/takeout in town. Hands down. Super-fast, consistently good. One downside is that they have a relatively small delivery range, but it allows them to be insanely fast within their range. They also got rid of one of their two best flavors a year or so ago: Oriental Sesame. I recommend Hot Garlic now. Also, the switch from Coke products to Pepsi was disappointing for me, but maybe pleasing to some.

Wings Over provides delicious food at low prices along with fast and free delivery. The descriptions of available menu items (such as the combos) describe the food by weight, rather than how many pieces are provided. This is great place to get food, especially for college students. You get a large amount of food at a low price and there are dozens of delicious flavors to choose from.

The waffle fries and onion rings were oily but remained crispy and good. The spices: Texas mesquite, sweet chili, honey Bar-B- que, and Crusin altitude buffalo.were seasoned perfectly and tasted good. Unfortunately the wings arrived jumbled without being separated by wax paper, and werent crispy enough. Cruising altitude Buffalo is not on the menu however it is on the website.

Really good wing place, good online ordering service. The boneless wings always are delicious. The only bad or negative experience I have had was when my family and I got waffle fries, and they were so hot that they melted through the bottom of the container. That only happened one time, no foam was on the fries thankfully.

This is a takeout/delivery only place. They have the absolute best wings Ive ever had in many different flavors. They are scary fast delivering. Several times Ive gotten deliveries halfway across town less than 10 minutes after making the phone call. How they do that, I dont know but its fast.

I listened to the reviews... and now I feel sorry for those of you who gave this place credit. The wings were gross. If they were taken out of the fryer any sooner theyd be raw. Soggy, fatty wings. The flavor wasnt bad, but learn to cook them a little longer. You want good wings? Come to NEPA

Delicious. Ridiculously fast service even on busy days. Frankly, the food is good. If you want to be satisfied when spending your money on delivery or pick up, order from some other place. If you want to be amazed, order from Wings Over. Boneless Chicken ftw.
