After moving to Fairfax I would go to hooters twice or three times a year to eat and get a little attention from the girls. But guess what? The girls never talk to me. Finally I tell the lead waitress then all the girls sit at my table and talk to me making me feel embarrassed. Then another year I mention to the manager and he gets offended because I tell him if the girls are not doing anything they should say hello to the customers. And guess what? I am very handsome guy. I figured out they are like high class hookers.hooters hookers hooters hookers. They only talk to the old fat ugly guys who give them 50 % tips. No different from a strip bar I swore off hooters ten years ago but I go back a couple of times a year and its the same ole same ole. I always feel lonlier when I go to Hooters. Kinda defeats the purpose of going there for an easy smile and kind word from a pretty girl with my meal. If your not going to live up to business concept then you should not be in business at all. BTW I just came back from Hooters and once again I am swearing them off. I HATE HOOTERS. BTW the vents still leak. I mentioned it tonight and said they should clean their vents. The waitress said they need new central air con system. OK SO What are you waiting for? That is 18 months after the last poster...Christ Almighty. I am sure Hooters at other places in the country is much better. I been to Hooters in Pattaya Thailand and the service was superlative

Hooter turned into a Racist Place..!! Well here it goes... after waiting for the waiter to finally turn up we ordered buffalo wings, prawns, onion rings, 3 pitchers of bud light.... the beer was served in 15 minutes and the food was served in 55 minutes.... am not exaggerating. The onion rings were over cooked and burnt, however the prawns were amazing though.The waiter was looking us like an Insect, a dangerous and poisons one. She never served us the another round of beer. We were very well behaved and were minding our own business. We ordered the check and my friends were pissed off for the worst service and we thought of not tipping the waiter. We paid the bill and did not tip the waiter because of the worst service and attitude. Here comes the amazing part... we left the bar and were in the parking lot, and here comes the waiter like a psychopath standing in front of our car asking us for a tip, we said we dint like your service and we dint tip you. she goes in and come out in 20 seconds saying that "IF YOU WOULDNT TIP YOU SHOULD NOT ENTER THE BAR NEXT TIME, MY MANAGER ASKED TO SAY THIS! F@$K OFF!!!" I swear to god these are the exact words uttered by her. It happened today and you even have a video evidence in the security camera too... we were pissed off and we talked to the manager, and he told us "You guys were right and she was wrong!" Just because we are brown these idiots shouldnt have treated us like this!

Food was great, service was not. Asked for ketchup, got an empty bottle, tried to tell bartender that, and she walked away so I had to ask a fellow customer at the bar for his. Asked for a beer menu before myself and my friend got our entree and nothing happened, so I had to ask for a second time (two thirds the way through the meal) to see a beer menu. What really was terrible was when I walked into the bathroom I saw a kitchen worker get out of the stall and just washing his hands off with water. That is terrible, I have no words for that. I saw them dump huge quantities of beer down the sink! Their C02 lines are not calibrated properly so the bar workers spend more time dumping beer down the sink then they do actually serving the people who pay to eat there. Terrible experience, at a place that was not busy at the time, and the bartender Emily acted rude as hell, I would have fired her if she was on my payroll.

It took 2.5 hours to eat here on a Thursday evening and the restaurant wasnt very busy. We found out when our check came that certain sauces you get on wings have an extra charge on them due to some fine print at the bottom of the menu. We noticed that we had been charged this extra sauce fee twice, even though only one of our sets of wings had the sauce that shows up in the fine print on the menu. We spoke to a manager (both about the hidden fee, and the extra charge) who told us that it was completely impossible to remove that charge from the check, and that once its been added, its final. We were charged for something we didnt order, and the service we received to begin with was brutally slow and inattentive. Adding how inflexible the management was ensured that we will not be going back.

Hooters of Fairfax II is now open. This is the latest and greatest iteration of the Hooters concept, with the most current amentities. The old Fairfax Hooters had gotten very old and dated. This is the opposite. With all beautiful and mostly new girls and a few of the best veterans to guide them everyone is jubilant and eager for you to stop by. From 8 bar taps to 40 bar taps and a beautiful new facility inside and out, this is the place to be in Fairfax now. They even have great new ceramic dishware instead of the old plastic plates and metal dishes. Its much bigger and cleaner, with a closed kitchen, it enhances the cleaner feel. Dont miss out on all the fun!!

Our waitress was training. When I was a waitress and trained we did not send them out on the floor right away by themselves. My lunch came out before our appetizer and my husbands lunch took an additional 5 minutes at least. As all this happened I had to go find a different waitress to get the manager and as our waitress struggled with our table and the one behind us the other five or so on the floor just stood at the hostess stand. Not to mention before we got any food our waitress came back to our table 3 times to see what my order was. At least the manager did part of his job and discounted our meal.

My friend and I came and were seated and there we sat for 10 minutes with no one coming to the table whatsoever. And Id like to add that it was WAY less than half full. Not a busy night by any stretch. Eventually we just left and no one seemed to notice or care. I only give it two stars because Ive had perfectly fine experiences there in the past. I wouldnt leave a review over this, but its worth adding that the table we were sat at was dirty and my friends silverware that was wrapped in the napkin and all that had a nice orange stain on it.

Been a while since I have been to a Hooters, I must for a guy. This location has beautiful women, decent food, and TVs! Only thing awkward is the heavy set fellow, greeter maybe but the entrance door. JULES, one of many waiter, service was really good. She check on us from time to time. She entertained us & we entertained her. Great Customer Service! Except the fact she could have a drink with us haha. Experience here was fine. Cant wait to return. However Jules or whatever waiter is present, next time we chugging shots.
