I have to say, the food and service here is pretty inconsistent. The first time I went here with my boyfriend and a friend, we were here to watch a college football game. It took our server only 20 minutes to tune into the channel for us. He was super nice though. We were there at 7 and I ordered sweet tea. About 30 mins later I asked for a refill and our server claimed that they are out and will not make tea for the rest of the night but he can refill me soda instead. I was shocked to find that a restaurant that opens till past midnight stops serving a beverage at 7:30pm. But since he was very nice and polite I decided not to give him a hard time and went with a coke. We ordered a lot of food and they were mediocre. The wings looked over fried and dry, but we didnt care much. At the end, we ordered a dessert that has ice cream. Our server brought it out to us without any utensils. The default utensils they give you when you sit down are forks and knives. We asked our server if he could bring us out some spoons so we can eat our ice cream, and he said that they were out of spoons. We were pretty upset at that point. We asked to speak to a manager and the manager quickly brought us 3 spoons. Maybe he cleaned some immediately, who knows. It was a long night and we found out our server got sent home early because of the spoon incident. We felt bad, but it was just unacceptable. After we left, my boyfriend was still upset so he wrote to Buffalo Wild Wings Corporate and complained. He basically said everything I wrote above with an expectation of never hearing back. His feedback was forwarded directly back to the branchs manager and we received a response from him apologizing about our experience and said that he did hear about our incident from his associate the next day. He invited us back to the restaurant and told us to ask for him when we return. We decided to give it a second try since our comment was recognized and given attention to. We returned for another football game with our friend again. This time, our server was super friendly and our food was amazing. The wings really look and taste delicious and our cups were never empty. At the end of our dinner and game, we asked our server for the manager that wrote to us. She was a little shocked because she thought we didnt like her service. The manager greeted us and we told him we were the disappointed customers from a month ago. He asked about our second experience here and said that he really wants to take care of his customers because we were the ones that keep the business running and him employed. He ended up waiving our entire bill except for the beers. We left very happily (who wouldnt with free food?) and hope to go back for the third time and have the same great second-time-experience.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service. Ive dined in twice and carried out once. All three times something wrong happened. First time I was there with 4 people. We waited for almost an hour for our check while a group of idiots poured over a computer screen to try and figure out how to separate our check. After such a long time we were all so frustrated that I pulled out all of the cash needed to pay for the entire check and walked up to the waiter and handed him the money and left. On the way out he caught one of the men that ate with me and demanded for 10 extra dollars. My friend was arguing with him but had pulled out his wallet. The server practically grabbed a 10 dollar bill out of his wallet. COMPLETELY unnecessary. So, I complained online and a few weeks later I was sent 20 dollars worth of gift certificates. This brings us to our next experience...ordered something to go through the phone. Walked to pick it up. Pay for the food. Check the bag. No ranch, just as I had requested. So I had to ask her for ranch. Leave to walk home. Realize that she hasnt given me the drink I ordered. Walk back to get the drink. Cant they just get things right the first time? Third time...the fire alarm goes off for probably 30 minutes. The first bar tender tells us that we have to leave. The others say we can stay. We had just placed an order for food (there were five of us) and ordered fresh beers so we did not want to leave. There was no discount, free beer, or apologies given for this fire alarm screeching in our ears the entire time we were there. I think if they had good customer service then something would have been offered.

What a horror show. The mensas who run this place decided it would be a good idea to have ONE....yes, one semi-literate cashier on duty the day of the Superbowl. Having called in our order of wings A DAY BEFORE we showed up to discover an endless line of wing-nuts having to wait, in most cases, over an hour for the privilege of paying for their call-in orders. When I asked a manager (term used very lightly) WTF was going on he just muttered some half-assed apology wrapped in the mind-boggling excuse that they were "very busy." No kidding. With their marquee menu item being chicken wings on a menu aimed at football fans on the day of the Superbowl Buffalo, Wild Wings had virtually no system in place to actually sell the pre-ordered wings. Mind boggling. The managers atitude was dismissive and condescending. He was only slightly more annoying than the whitebread eunuch in line who, after finally getting within sight of the cash register, expressed hand-wringing fear at my protestations to the manager. This hero apparently felt like my verbal anguish would somehow further delay his stay and, while stepping behind his girlfriend, told me to be quiet. In response, a chorus of other extremely frustrated customers started to vent and the eunuch was the one who shut up. Im sure there were a whole lot of people who were late to their Superbowl parties because of the inexplicable incompetence of the crew running Buffalo Wild Wings.

First off, the wings here are good. Never had a problem. The place gets really crowded and the food is relatively cheap; that tends to be a lethal combination for service because you have servers that are working hard and getting relatively low tips... youre not going to get high dollar service here, but if its relatively uncrowded, itll be decent. So far, Ive had perfectly pleasant servers who will occasionally forget something due to being so frazzled. I found that engaging my server like a human being sends the "good tipper" signal, and leads to better service. Should we have to do that? Well hey, its how the incentives work, and BWW doesnt pay a huge wage, tips count. Take out service is unreliable because of how busy this place get, just check your order. That being said, Ive never had bad wings here. Just adjust your expectations to the amount you are paying... when I do that I find that this place surpasses them. Good food, decent service for the money.

Well first the girl at the counter when you come in was very nice, then when our waitress finally came she treated us as though we were a burden. Anytime we asked for anything shed roll her eyes and treat us as though we were in her way. Terrible service!! Then you could hear workers in the kitchen just yelling and screaming and laughing, if you dont have anything to do dont ruin the experience for us!! Then the music was far too loud and the AC was far too cold!! Had to actually get a manager to try to fix issue after one of us asked for a ranch side(That She All Ready Ordered!!) that she didnt bring out. After she rolled her eyes and sighed we asked if we were a burden to her. She responded no, eventually we got a manager out and we talked to him. Treated us kindly and allowed us to leave without paying!! Overall a waste of 45 minutes,do not recommend!!!
