We went here for supper house, approx 5pm...only 4-5 other tables seated. Hostess and seating was prompt. Passed several servers in there "corner" talking and hanging out. Our server was fairly prompt, and very talkative with recommendations. She suggested the shrimp fondue, which we did order. I asked if the chips were unending, she said yes they were. We ordered that and when a 2nd server brought it she tipped it as she set it on the table and sent all the chips flying. She was very apologetic and took it away to replace it. The original server explained that she had only been there a week...Im thinking really? and this is the first time shes served anyone slippery chips on a plate? and no one, not her trainer has shown her how to do it properly? Not her fault, bad on them! Shrimp fondue was good, a big portion, had to ask for 2nd serving of chips to finish, but by that time our food was ready. They had to reheat the fondue to finish it...not good cold. Server was too pushy with opinions of recommendations of menu items. Come on managers, that is off putting, unless we ask...please provide some key phrase for servers to use to describe the food. They used to have some awesome wings, but they have changed their recipe or cooking method. The sauce was bright red, stained my fingers and lips. Wings were good size though. Husband had a steak, he said it was acceptable. Server continued to check on us consistently after the first cold cup of coffee. Server was again quite free with dessert recommendations. All in all, visit was not something that would bring me back again.

BLUF: terrible food, bartender was nice. Good: bartender was quick to get drinks and take my order. Food was brought out quickly, about what youd expect from a typical restaurant like this. Bad: salad bar was sorry tray of wilted greens and sloppy cheeses. Very few other garden options. They didnt even had jalapenos (cmon man). They were out of a couple beers of tap, pretty much the only good ones as well as a few of the bottles. Got one of the burgers. It was unbelievably salty for some reason. Who salts a burger?? The bun seemed to be soaked in some grease making it fall apart. Burger was overcooked for medium and dry which is hard to believe with all the grease running off of it. Overall: would not go back again and would seek out to tell others not too. If mediocre american family food is what you are after, look elsewhere. :-(

Good food, nice selections. Love the salad bar. One thing I love is they cooked my steak as I asked, hate going some where and getting an over cooked steak. But the woman seated behind me couldnt have been more awful, complaining about my 2 year old and how I need to move her because she was ruining her meal. And for a two year old, she was great, not yelling, or throwing anything, nor running around the restaurant. But she was hitting her hand on the booth, our own booth. Amazes me how mean people can be when it comes to children. The staff apologized to us and moved her to another table.

I am businessman and went here for a quick lunch, expecting an arrangement like Applebees: a reduced portion and reduced price lunch menu that was guaranteed to be quick. However, they do not have a lunch menu by way of portions, price, or speed. 24 minutes from sit down to when the meal was served, $16.50 for a sandwich, salad, drink, and tip. On the plus side, the salad bar was fresh; staff friendly and check on me repeatedly. Food was decent basic fare (can anyone tell much difference between Ruby Tuesday, Applebees, TGI Friday, etc.?). And, they did have slow wifi available.

Terrible service!! Theyve actually seemed to work on making the food better (coming from someone who lives close by and goes somewhat frequently) however the service is still terrible. And the GM who I talked to today about the terrible service didnt even care and brushed it off because she "just took it over and was working on fixing things that were previous complaints and that service wasnt one of them so she was shocked that we had such a problem"

its practically an empty bar mind you: 2nd time ive ordered to go and had to wait literally 9mins after the bartender brought my food out and proceeded to make drinks(totally understandable) but then she goes in the kitchen and comes out and refills everyone in theres water and sweet teas. while im watching my food get cold and even more greasier.the burger was dripping and bread was soaked in grease. not going back again!!!!

The host sat us all the way in the back where nobody can get to us. We waited a very long time for the waitress to come and take our order or ask about our drinks. By the time she arrived, we already knew what we wanted to order. The meal was pretty good. However, the service was really poor. She did not come around a lot and refill our drinks. It made me not want to go to that particular Ruby Tuesday location again

Normally i never have problems with Ruby Tuesdays but today was horrible especially because it was my birthday but besides that i ordered the crispy tender bites something new on the appetizers it was literally crumbs with sauce which cost $10. Then i ordered the talpia meal which tasted like a plate of salt i was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the food and service but the manger was really nice

When youre in the mood for a burger, but know you should also probably get a salad... Ruby Tuesday. Theyre Ruby Minis are great for when you want to eat light, but still want that burger. They do have lighter dishes on their menu, and the ones I have tried have been quite flavorful. The burgers and other sandwiches are always cooked to taste and so juicy, but not too juicy.

The service is terrible and the food is worse. The managerat the bar openly took a phone call while we were waiting for service and yelled, "oh hi mom!" Like it was funny. Not to mention, she was the same person that had to void the bill when our shrimp was so rubbery like it was microwaved.

Everything was over salted. Served grossly raw salmon to kids. Over cooked every steak and every re-fire. Mushrooms were charred almost beyond recognition, grapes were sour, mashed potatoes looked pre-scooped and had a dry outer coating. Service was mediocre.

Salad bar was nice and clean. But I order the New Orleans plate and fish and ships seem like they pour the season on the meat. Had to get it remade. My grandson plate of two mini burgers were perfect.

Went in on a slow evening. Waited for what seemed like forever for food I would barely call warm. Service was poor and took over a half hour to get a refill on my tea. Hope it was just an off night.

The service was discussing the food was nasty but the waiters were helpful I will never go here again I suggest that you never go here the shrimp was burnt the steak was dry and hard to chew

This place doesnt offer a military discount and how many military bases in this area. They want to go broke. Omg catch up with the times our military members deserve this and alot more.
