After talking my husband into trying this location we were sad to have a bad experience. The waitress didnt put his order in correct and he received the wrong order. When he told the runner she said he was wrong so we asked for our waitress to come over, she was over chatting with 3 customers that she apparently knew as she spend most of our visit at their table. When the waitress came over he explained he ordered something else (which he had pointed at when ordering so it should have been correctly ordered). She gave a quick sorry and quickly brushed it off. He was starving so he did eat the food that was brought however no manager came to apologize and the waitress went back to her friends again. I doubt he will want to return at this point which is sad as me and the kids enjoyed going the 2 times we went previous to this trip. I just with our waitress Maddison would have made a better effort to correct the issue or spent less time with her friends visiting.

Attempted to have dinner in the Chesapeake Square location this evening. The service was non existent, we walked into an empty establishment and seated ourselves. After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting we left the premises. During our wait we were not approached for service at all. There was a bartender , behind the bar, but no waitstaff anywhere. Not a very pleasant dining experience. Apparently, no one cared, I suggest if your business is not customer friendly, you too will fall by the wayside.

Only tried the food, not the bar fare. She crab soup was outstanding as was the gator tail! I seek out hot wings and these were not nearly the best Ive had, but a very solid offering nonetheless. Menu has a great selection and the prices are reasonable. We ate on Sunday so the specials were half price on some apps and kids eat free. Our little one had a peanut butter sandwich and a fruit cup. staff was friendly and the place was clean. A great place for bar food with a coastal flair!

I ordered two soft tacos and the boneless wings. They came out both together and the soft tacos flour tacos were hard and the wings were rough and dry. The only. Right side was the coleslaw was great. Service was decent, not bad but just average. First time here but also the last time.

I had the crab soup and gator tail and both were excellent. My fiancé had none out wings, hot chips, and mashed potato and gravy and his was excellent as well.

Like it or love it. Gators is a great bar with great food and great customer service. If you dont like to socialise then this isnt the place for you.
