Smarter Than You
Visited once and will not be going back. I got a slice of moldy parmesan cheese on my side Caesar Salad, which was taken off the bill but no manager came over to acknowledge the issue. The medium wings were more mild and lacked flavor. Two of the other diners with me had fish and chips, one of which fish was about half the size of the other. There was a plethora of flies throughout the building. And they have a 4% surcharge for credit card payments that is not mentioned on their website or menu, and is only on a tiny sign on one dining area wall.

We made reservations on a Wednesday night as the dining area is not very large - we were a party of 5 - 2 of us got the Diamond steak (had beers), 2 got the bourbon salmon (had mixed drinks) and granddaughter got the chicken tenders. Everything was delicious. Service wait was reasonable and the waitress was great.

The first time we went, the food was very good, but the wait... Well, it really took forever given what we ordered. A couple of weeks later, we returned, and the food was again very good and, this time, served after a very reasonable wait. Im glad we went back. This is a hidden gem and we will return again.

This staff made my grandfather who had cancer fish even though it wasnt on the menu. My grandparents went here all through his fight and we loved seeing the staff. He wouldnt eat but hed eat their fish. We will continue to go here forever. Caring staff, great food, and small town feel. Seriously, its amazing.

Good stuff. An old school place, nothing fancy, but really good. Good beer specials, and a special menu feature every night. Wings are very good. Fries are wonderful... This is American bar food, done right.
