So I love chipotle, hands down who doesnt. Its the best. But Im visting from out of town as a matter of fact. I live all the way on the west coast. So today my mother had placed an order for 4 online we paid and everything. Then a couple minutes later we placed another order for two more. Everything got paid so I come to pick everything up and only got the the last two orders. The manager said NOTHING else was showing up. he kept insisting that I check his screen. I told him I didnt want to that it should be their. So my mom talks to the manager saying pretty much what he told me. Then my mom sends me the online receipt I show it to the manager. He looks at it tilts his head and says thats " weird" then he gives me and order slip to fill out. I do it then it takes another like 30 minutes to get out food together. I had placed the orders at 1:45 didnt legit leave till 3:05 got their at 2:15 the time I was supposed to pick it up.. It was so annoying then get we get our food and two orders were completely messed up.

Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from, but this is easily the worst Chipotle Ive ever visited. Two separate occasions they have completely run out of chicken (6:30pm and 7:00pm). Ive tried ordering online hoping this would alleviate my long waits for chicken but theyve skimped on 2 orders of extra meat (I paid an extra $6 online for this) AND forgot the $3 drink I ordered. The portions are small (or nonexistent if you order online), they run out of meat, its disorganized, and they cant even get orders right when written down online. I would avoid this location at all costs and head over to Fairfax or Merrifield for a MUCH better experience.

Yes, indeed, I really enjoyed the food prepared at Chipotle Mexican Grill in McLean. . I have also enjoyed the food at the Saratoga Chipotle and the other Chipotles on Old Keene Mill Rd both in Springfield, Va. The food is nutritional, fresh and prepared well. I buy the Vegetarian Bowl or the Salad and take it home since I can get three or four meals out of one order. I stopped going to expensive eat in restaurants since i discovered Chipotles and the economics and nutritional factors of this excellent food.

Very glad to see Im not the only one who considers this the worst Chipotle Ive been to! I dont know what it is, but something is just off - the line moves slowly, the staff isnt friendly, you never really know what youre going to get portion-wise. Its very frustrating. If they ran a better operation, I would probably be there 2-3 times per week for lunch. As it is, I go about once every other month, when its been long enough for me to forget just how awful it is, and convince myself that this time will be different.

Easily the worst chipotle in the area. The servings are inconsistent (even just in between two people in line), the wait is always the same- regardless of whether there are a lot of people or three people and a lot of the employees here give the customers major attitude. They also almost always run out of chicken and other sides. With so many good food options available in Tysons- its really hard to justify returning to a place that has terrible customer service.

I live in Tysons and have been here quite a few times (due to proximity while shopping). For a place that gets a lot of customers, you would expect their food to be fresh, but it is quite the opposite. This is probably the worst chipotles I have been to for these reasons .... 1) Food not being fresh 2) Rude service ... The other positive reviews are either fake or because of its location

I love Chipotle and this one is, without a doubt, one of the best i have been to. It has fast service, the food quality is outstanding (as usual), and I have been there on several occasions so I know what I am talking about. Anyone who says otherwise about the place is either special or has no taste in mexican food.

First, I LOVE Chipotle so this isnt a hard review. I finally found one out here by my job. The lines are long as it is with any Chipotle, but they work fast and they arent stingy with the ingredients. I get my usual burrito bowl and it was great! So I find myself here quite often.

For the number of staff members working, cant say they were too organized. Food was ok. The trash was overfilling the garbage cans. The place was just a mess, run by a bunch of kids that didnt appear to care. Cant say Ill be back to this one. By far the worst one Ive been too.

This is the only Chipotle Ive ever purchased a burrito from that had so much fat on the pork it was inedible. Also going there at lunch without ordering ahead is a bad idea. You will have to stand in line forever. I love Chipotle but I am boycotting this one.

Worst portions ever from a Chipotle. Very skimpy. Plus, as soon as the woman at the register finished with the people in front of me in line, she walked off to clean some stuff instead of ringing me up. I was tempted to just take my food and go.

Very friendly staff. Chipotle is actually outside of the mall which is convenient since the parking garage is right across the street. Gets a lunch time crowd (11-1) from all of the companies in the area.
