Why oh why did I go against my better judgement? While the food is adequate the service is horrible. The waitress couldnt get a simple order right, the kitchen just recooked the food and removed the items that was asked not to be part of the meal, due to allergies. So needless to say, I had an allergic reaction. Not busy, just incompetence. Alcohol drink tasted like water. I dont know how it was this bad. I know it wasnt just the day, because this happened a few days ago, I just chalked it up to a bad day. Two times now, it wasnt a bad day. Just a bad place and service.

Thought we would try it. Now we know we wont be going back. The service was the high point. Prompt and friendly. The food was iffy at best. There are better and worse places to have Mexican. Presentation is lacking. Atmosphere is a little bit of everyone elses. Nothing original here. Most items have a strange aftertaste. I wanted to give it 3 stars to give credit for the service. The rest of the family voted me down and said only 2 stars. They were willing to go 2 1/2, but wont go 3.

Nacho grande was inedible. Soggy chips, dried out cheese, chicken and beans. Even the guacamole on top was dried out. This dish had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. The most disturbing part is that it was brought to us by the MANAGER. This plate should never have left the kitchen! They did fix us a new one after we complained. #WHEREISQUALITYCONTROL!

Im glad I was here for Happy Hour, because the quality wasnt the best for full price. Part of the reason was the wait. Everything was slow, ended up seating ourselves and food had been sitting around before coming out. We were patient, but I thought the service would have been better since it wasnt busy at all. Margarita was excellent.

Worst service EVER. Bartender ignored my boyfriend and myself. We didnt really enjoy Valentines Day thanks to that bartender and this tatted girl who brought our food to the table, when I asked for napkins she throw four silverware rolls like where the hell you see four people ? Never going back there again.

Chevys is an average chain with mediocre food. The margarita was great, but the nachos were basically a plate of beans with chips on top and random sprinkles of cheese on some chips but not others. Ive had other meals there and would say the fajitas are the best choice if dining there.

Worst service in a long time. Wait staff and management were inattentive and when I went to ask for menus and a server to come on the deck, I get a very surly attitude. Dont go there. Go to Sweetwater next door. I had to give them one star or the post would not publish.

The food was OK, but the service, when there was almost nobody in the restaurant, was SO SLOW! Dont come here if you want to get your ticket within 10 minutes, because it takes 15 just to get it and have your card swiped. Terribly slow service.

The atmosphere was good and our server was nice. The carnitas was lacking but the chicken was very good and so was the queso. Would definitely go back to try the margaritas. The price was pretty standard for the area 15.99 for the fajitas.

Great food and waiter was awesome. Salsa and chips were tasty. We loved our beverages and the food was great! We even used one of the coupons from a book the local schools sell every year and had no issues, overall a nice night out.

Service was awful. Waited over 30 min for ice cream sundae that comes with the kids meal. No one cleared our dirty dishes ..or offered refills or water. Lots of empty tables so its not because they were busy. Our server was Raoul.

The lunch menu is really good and the service is excellent. At around 12:30 on a Tuesday, its relatively quiet and you can be in and out in a lunch hour. (Longer if you stay to chat with your friend and dont keep track of time well).

Ordered online for pickup. Time estimate was 16 minutes. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was told another 15 to 20 minutes. I think they didnt even start the order until after I arrived and informed them.

Ok. Not great as the one in Arlington opposite Macys, which is far better in terms of food and general ambience. The food is mediocre and the tortillas were dry and small. Overall, not a great dining experience.

Mexican fare is consistent quality and prices are reasonable. Service is good from the friendly wait staff. Menu doesnt blow me away with originality, but its a good casual spot to go with friends and family.
