I was pretty excited when this location opened. This location has such potential due to its location but the staff here is pretty incompetent. This location has the SLOWEST "assembly line" I have ever seen! The first time I went there was last week. I ordered online. It was supposed to be ready by 2:30 PM on that slow Wednesday afternoon... I got there at 2:42 PM, went up to the cashier, gave my name and HE JUST STARED AT MY BLANKLY. He said it wasnt ready yet. There were only two other people in the restaurant at the time. It was suggested that I GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE and have my order made since I was there already. The young man at the register saw the look of disappointment on my face and said never mind, they have the order slip, they will make it... Ok.. So I begin to wait... After all that, I didnt leave out of the building with my order until 3:03 PM... Remember, this is for an order that was supposed to have been ready at 2:30 PM! I decided that this incident last week was just a fluke and I should give them another try. Last night, I place an order online, I go to pick it up 5 minutes after the pickup time... IT WASNT READY... But at least they were in the process of making it... The young man at the register said they were rolling my burrito at that moment. So I go home with my order and take a bite out of it. There were fajitas in my burrito. I have an allergy to green peppers.. If I had ingested a sliver of green pepper, I would have ceased BREATHING. I was LIVID. I called this location to discuss the problem.. I spoke to a person named Michael, who says he is the manager... This manager then proceeds to tell me that I had to have requested green peppers on my burrito and there is no other way they could have ended up on there. I check my app to see what my order said. I DID NOT SELECT FAJITAS FOR MY ORDER... I tell him this and HE HANGS UP. I will never ever go back to this location. I still am in disbelief that this even happened. I love Chipotle BUT this location gives the company a bad name.

I had a big catering order for July 29. Ram and Michael were super helpful and made sure to meet each one of my numerous requests. The food comes packed really well, everything is given to set up and keeo the food warm and really easy to do. I am really impressed with not only the service but the quality of the food which was made in bulk! The food was finished and everyone loved it! Thank you!

Food is good. Theres a smug little employee that Id recommend letting go. Interacted with him twice: first time he was insulting the amputee veterans that were painting a Purple Heart parking spot and was saying "Dont come in" when perspective customers walked by the store. Second time I had to wait for him to put his phone down before he took my order.

Been to this location a couple of times. the first time wasnt the best experience, but Im glad I gave them a second chance. One of my favorite places to go during g my lunch break. No ridiculous lines, In and out !

Food was not very good which is surprising because I usually love Chipotle at other locations. The meat was cold and left a bad taste in my mouth. Gave it three stars because employees were very nice.
