I (a military retiree having served a yr in Italy) and my wife (raised by an Italian family) were indeed looking forward to a genuine "mom-and-pop" Italian restaurant near Manassas, VA. Unfortunately, we were both indeed truly disappointed. Let me explain why: (1) We expected to listen to background Italian music, not rock - after all, it was not the "Hard Rock Cafe" (2) We ordered "Veal Marsala" ... yet we got a plateful of spaghetti with veal ... veal so over-cooked that could not be cut with a fork - we needed to use a knife ... I guess that was the reason it was covered with spaghetti. (3) Last - but not least, for an after-dinner drink, we asked for espresso coffee ... oooppss ... no espresso coffee ... it was like being in a whorehouse with no available hookers ... !!! ... The bottom line, I would strongly urge the owner (a Lebanese) and the manager (a Honduran) to truly do their homework if they persist in trying to market this establishment as a "Tuscan Italian" food joint ... Next time, I would prefer to take my wife to PIZZA HUT ... !!! ...

The service was awesome! Alex is a great waiter (especially since he is very new). However, the manager has a lot to be desired. I had a coupon on my phone from points I earned via Verizon. $10 off $40 or more. The manager wouldnt honor it because it was on my phone. He said it must be in paper form and since its not the $10 would come out of my pocket. Which I understand paper form, but it doesnt state that. It has a code and a number to call to valid date it, but he refused. He said Ill give you $5 off and after much arguing I said fine... he never did that. The food is great and well priced, and love the Christian music, but this manager is horrible! I will make sure to tell people too! I dont intend on returning! Oh and when we were leaving it looked the manager was getting after the waiter. So not cool! Im so upset about this it isnt funny. No one should be treated like that and customers should be treated with respect.

Have eaten here many times and was always pleased and satisfied. However we dined there last night and it was a total disaster. First there was no management on the premise. There were two servers and both were new and inexperienced. We ordered wine but requested water also. After three additional requests, we finally received water. Service was extremely slow and very disorganized. The two servers continuously told us how busy they were yet there was only two other occupied tables in the restaurant. Our server knowing we were frustrated with the service actually called the manager, Paulino, on the phone. He gave me the phone but when I tried to explain to Paulino the poor service we were receiving, he hung up on me. We witnessed another party of eight leave after they were never offered as much as a glass of water. Simply said it was a ridiculous situation that was inexcuseable.

I got their eggplant parmesan and it was disgusting. It was completely soggy and fell apart. I hardly ate any of it because it was so nasty. Luckily, the eggplant also included a salad and bread--- those were pretty good. I upgraded my salad to a Caesar salad, and it was pretty good. I wish I had ordered the dressing on the side though, because there was way too much dressing. However when I looked at other people who just got the house salad I noticed that all of their lettuce was yellow, while mine had nice romaine. The restaurant bread was really great though. It was hot (almost too hot to the point of burning your hand to grab a piece) and it tasted very fresh. Overall this place was only ok. I can see why when I went there to eat there were only 2 other people dining there.

I noticed some bad reviews but Ive been eyeballing this place since Ive moved here and decided to grab a bite to eat on my way home tonight. Fantastic meal for sure! I spent last summer in Roma so I understand that a good sauce makes the meal. I started with a bowl of minestrone, a bit more beans than Im used to but a great way to start. For my main meal I went with the Spaghetti and meatballs. I know...and easy meal right? Wrong, its all about the sauce and I loved thiers! For desert...tiramisu.....the best Ive had outside of Italy! Relaxed atmosphere, family friendly, great staff, I just really enjoyed coming here tonight. They definitely have made another steady customer.

Possibly the worst meal ever. We ordered take-out to give it a try. Dry Spaghetti Pomodoro and RUNNY cannoli! The Spaghetti Pomodoro with meat balls turned out to be meat chips. The spaghetti sauce was obviously on ration as we were not given any extra, just enough to cover the pasta delicately. We asked for Italian viagarette dressing on our salads, and we opened up the bag thinking they gave us creamy Italian. Nope. Both got Ranch. You will have a better experience at Olive Garden and the food wont be so horribly prepared. Save your hard earned cash. We made the sign of the cross on this place.

I met a group of people here late evening this past winter we ordered pizza-cant go wrong with pizza. The food and company were good! I took my Mom in for dinner last evening and ordered fettuccine and spaghetti. Before the food arrived I noticed how dirty the place was, tiles on floor looked like smeared mud, window sills dusty with dead bugs. The table was sticky, I even tried to wipe it off with a cloth napkin and water. The food was like out of a jar, terrible! We couldnt finish the food and our stomachs were upset the rest of the the evening. We will not go back!

Fries are excellent! Chicken parm sub also excellent. Hot and chicken breast just the right cut, not too thick and not too thin. Price is quite reasonable. Service is excellent. Also, their pizzas are couple of notches above. Crust has the right thickness and crispiness and compliments the sauce well. And the toppings are of good quality.

The chef will make like you want it. I requested Boston-style toasted ravioli even though its not a regular menu item. Told him how its made and 3 minutes later I had a little plate of home sitting in front of me. Absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is contemporary cozy. Service is fantastic. Prices quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

Ate here for lunch. Very well priced, good food. Nice atmosphere also. Outside seating was nice for making calls. Better than chain place, and similar pricing. Employees where all very nice and helpful.

Used to live in Virginia and my wife and I went here often. Loved it! One of the main things we miss about Virginia. Great food and great setting.
