Great Historic Restaurant, located in a neat community. Home @ Braddock Inn is a hidden secret on top of Braddock Mountain between Middletown and Frederick. With great food and even better atmosphere, it is the perfect place to enjoy an evening cocktail on the big and beautiful front porch or a formal dinner with family and friends. Plenty of seating inside and out, with a large basement "banquet" area for large parties or private events. You could spend a day looking at all the historical photos hung throughout the Inn depicting Braddock Heights, including the old amusement park/ski area and bowling alley. If you like historic places and the story behind them, check out Home @ Braddock Inn for a chance to have a great meal and learn a little history also.

My family and I went there yesterday for Mothers Day. It was a total rip off. Each person was $33 for a crappy buffet. We ordered 5 drinks and were charged over $80 for them. We were never offered coffee or tea or even dessert! No flowers on the table and the service was horrible. They had the nerve to add a huge tip on to the bill for the worst service ever on a buffet no less. I will never go to this place again and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you want to throw your money away on terrible food. They did nothing to make Mothers Day special. One star is not my choice...zero stars is what this place deserves!!

The atmosphere was inviting and warm: fireplace blazing, good music, friendly staff, excellent food. My wife and I feel very lucky because this is the closest place to our house. On our first visit we listened to the person (who turned out to be the owner) describe the special and it sounded good so we both had it. I also had the soup of the day and she had a salad with a special dressing that she found to be amazing. We shared a bottle of wine that was very good at a reasonable price. Long story short excellent food, wonderful people, affordable. We will definitely be back!

Very pleasantly surprised! The menu was ambitious and innovative. The food was well done and flavorFUL. I had the smoked lamb shank over fettuccine and my husband the pork tenderloin. Creative appetizers and veggy entrees as well. I dare say the food was better than at Dutchs D. :) Service was attentive. We have been here in the past under previous management and always were drawn by the atmosphere and history of the place. We were blown away this time! An they still have open mike ! ...third Thursday of the month I believe he said. We will be happy to come back.

Had dinner here with spouse and another couple for the first time last night. Friendly staff and good food. Wife had vegetable alfredo, I had the Braddock burger. Our friends ordered the grilled veggie sandwich for her, and the cuban sandwich for him. All four of us were happy with the quality and taste of our dishes as well as the attentive service we received. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and plan on returning in the near future.

We sat in the bar area, very warm & cozy on a drizzling night. Dinner was excellent! There were 5 of us, each having something different, all equally delicious. Service was spot on too! I would recommend and come back. Easy to find, lots of free parking. No downtown traffic to deal with. Donna

This is indeed a hidden gem if you like good comfort food and a picturesque location without a thirty minute wait or the usual chain restaurant fare. Really nothing to complain about...not everything is perfect but its on my short list of go-to restaurants in the Frederick area.

Wow, this place is a gem!! Great setting, great food, great service. My only regret is not going sooner. Prices are great too! I had the lamb Ragu and my wife had the NY strip. All of it was fantastic. I look forward to a return trip!

Great food!! Found it quickly on yelp because they allowed dogs and we were not disappointed. We all had brunch and it was soooo good. They smoke their own bacon and the biscuits were delicious.

The place just opened it has much better food then before. I always liked sitting outside on the deck. Now I really enjoy the meatloaf and fried chicken!!! I will definitely be back soon.
