I went to eat this sunday, first of all ive got in the line to order a manager took my order her name was karen she was really nice and worried about her customers in 1 minute she took my entire order with no mistake... Second, i had to wait about of 10 minutes for my food because another manager kept getting drive thru orders and not even looking at mine, after that she gave me my whopper with this really cold onion rings, i asked her for zesty sauce and she responded it "We dont have any" and left, i went to the register to ask the cashier if she could give any sauce for my onion ringa and she said if i wanted zesti and gave me 2, how crazy is that? I would like to go back but they really need more caring people... Too much attitud.

Terrible and disgusting service this morning. Disgusting Part- I was there at 8 am and the Manager had a tie around his neck. He looked at me and started trying the knot in front of me without even saying a Hello to me who was the only customer in the store at that time. How unprofessional is that? Terrible Part- I asked for a Croissandwich with Chicken and the cashier ladys response was "We dont have any chicken"...lol...Burger King telling me that they dont have any chicken ! Anyway, I am never going back to this Burger King. Manassas Burger Kings have always treated me well and hence I have nothing against BK as a whole..just that BK in Gainesville has horrible service in the mornings !

Ive been here atleast a dozen times since I moved here a few months ago.... Literally every time I come here I have to wait 5-10 minutes for my food on the side of the building. *Edit* 9.5.16 Ive subjected myself to this misery 3 times since my first review. Today is no different... myself, along with 3 other people are waiting. I hate this place. Yesterday I tried out the inside lobby and they completely skipped over making my order. After everybody else in line had cleared out they finally asked what I was waiting for. I was order 19. They served all they way up to 25 prior to asking wtf I was waiting for. These dummies want $15 hr??? Lmao.

Why did I even bother giving them another chance? Seriously! They are a fast food chain. It shouldnt take 10-15 minutes to make 4 croissant sandwiches and a small tater-tot, especially going through the drive-through. I went and knocked on the side-door to see if they forgot about my order and the manager was very patronizing. Why is it every time I go there, either something gets left off the order or it takes them forever to cook a simple order. Never again! This is by far the worst fast food place in Gainesville or Bristow. Hands down!

Has gotten better than it was. Always clean. Just the wait for food sometimes sucks. And their ice machine was pouring water out of the ice shoot which if not already would be growing mold soon. We were in a rush so after we got our food we rolled (and there was an irate customer seeking a trash can)...got down the road and my finance croissant bacon sandwich had 2 peices of bacon while mine only had 1...thanks for that I guess they were hoping we wouldnt notice them stealing from the customers by not giving them what they paid for.

I sat in the drive through without moving for 5 min so I went inside. I was the second person in line and it took more than 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered. It got real busy while I was waiting, and they never opened up another register. The person ringing people up was flubbed several orders and started (politely) arguing with somebody. I will not be coming back here.

Drive through here is TERRIBLE. Always slow. 2 cars waiting before I got here and then asked me to pull to the back to wait for my food. Next car wait at window for 5 minutes then went, next car told to pull to back. First two filly went and three cars in line gone so far. Im still waiting for my familys 4 cheeseburger and fries meals. Currently at 14 minutes.

This place has gone downhill suddenly. Discourteous service, items left out of bag, cold food, chicken sandwiches scorched and dry, attendants cutting off orders in mid-sentence... what happened? New management? Bring the old one back. Ill go elsewhere until they straighten it out.

When we walked in the door we were met by a greeter... And twice while we were sitting there eating, a manager came by and asked us if everything was fine... The food was perfect and it was probably the best Burger King in the country...

I love this place super clean and super friendly staff and the food was great I would highly recommend this place to anyone and it has a play area for the kids to play and the manager Rosa is super person very friendly

Very disappointed to find out the Gainesville VA location is unwilling to honor the advertised 10 nuggets for $1.49 promo. The commercials are still bring advertised online, on tv and on the company website.
