We moved to Manassas recently and found this place and were so happy. Weve eaten a few times and each time their food was delicious. However, I have to give this place only one star for customer service. We ordered our food online like we always do. This time, they really messed up our order. I called the restaurant and they were arguing with me. Luckily, when you order online they send you a confirmation. I repeated my order and the lady was arguing with me saying I was wrong. I was on my way to the restaurant to get this right. The restaurant called me back apologizing for the technical error. So I told them I want my order correct and to refund my credit card and not charge me for my food. They would not do that. She kept saying it was not their fault and that it was the system that messed up. They would refund me the incorrect order but charge me for my right order. Either way they messed up. They definitely lost customers. We are never going back.

THE TASTIEST CHINESE FOOD IN PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY..PERIOD!! THEY ARE A GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE DRIVEN ESTABLISHMENT.... WHY?? BECAUSE THEIR FOOD IS SUPERIOR TO THEIR COMPETITION AND DELIVERY SPEED IS ALWAYS ACCEPTABLE OR FASTER.. AND I AM OUT OF THEIR USUAL RANGE FOR DELIVERY BY A MILE OR SO...ALSO THEY WILL MAKE THE FOOD JUST THE WAY YOU PREFER IT WITHOUT ATTITUDE OR COMPLAINTS..TRUST ME I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE THEM ADJUST THE DISHES I LIKE ACCORDINGLY TO MY PERSONAL TASTES.......SOOOOOOO IF YOUR TIRED OF YOUR OTHER LOCAL CHINESE SELECTIONS AND WANT TO TRY A NEW PLACE....GIVE PANDA CAFE A TRY.....I GIVE IT A 9 OUT OF 10 !!!! ENJOY!!!!! p.s IVE HAD THE BEST CHINESE FOOD WHEN I WAS IN TORONTO..AND PANDA CAFE IS THE CLOSEST THING TO IT...JUST MY OPINION THNKS!!

I love to give good reviews, but unfortunately I cant even give one star. My family and I arrived around 2:30 today for lunch. The young girl at the counter didnt even bother greeting or seating us. We found our own seats and then proceeded to wait several minutes to no avail. No one ever bothered to bring us menus or advise us of any delays (we were the only ones in the restaurant). The young girl up front kept speaking and giggling to someone in the kitchen, which we found strange after sitting there all that time. We finally got the message that no one was coming to serve us. We left Panda Cafe completely dismayed by the experience. Needless to say, we wont be back, which is a real shame because my family and I are loyal patrons to the places we enjoy.

The food is great. I only once had a bad experience with the younger delivery guy. We order here all the time. As well, as eat here..Btw, you have to order at the counter first for those with complaints of waiting. Theyll serve your food to your table if you order in. They generally have more deliveries & pick-ups. One person however does not ruin the quality of their food or the other people. The owner and manager both were very kind. They went above expectation to apologize to us after the incident. We will continue to eat here of course. Best chinese food in Manassas. I highly recommend them!

The lady that answer the phone is rude n take your order fast that she gets it wrong. Than she put u on hold with no music playing n u can hear her taking another person order thats there! They need more people that can help answer phones... Also i order a steak n chesse egg roll n it was cold in the middle, I guess that makes sense y they take your order fast n cook your food fast n not done. I would not recommend this place unless u go in.

We just ordered right before closing. Our delivery was excellent. Dinner was awesome Mu Shu Pork and crab rangoon. Our food was hot and delicious. We appreciate this restaurant as we had a late night. I will recommend this place for Chinese. What a great example of how good Chinese food in Manassas can be! Thank you all for great food and great service.

My new favorite place. Weve ordered three times from here place since finding it and the quality has been consistently good. So far, weve had the Pork Lo Mein, Crab Ragun, General Tsos, the Chicken in hot garlic sauce, and egg drop soup. Also, I can order online for fast pickup.

This is the spot if you want good Chinese food in Manassas. Always fresh, always good. Their crab Rangoon is probably the best Ive ever had and their beef and broccoli is amazing. Tons of vegetarian choices as well. One of my favorite places to order from.

Only place to get good Chinese food in Manassas, Va. Tried other places and the food did not match the quality of this place. You want good Chinese food then come here because the rest in manassas are really bad, at least thats been my experience
