As a former host and server at different chain restaurants this was terrible! Last night we walked in to find the whole FOH free of employees, and the restaurant was not very busy. A server finally walks up to us and tells us to wait for the host and proceeds to check his phone right In front of us and ignore us! Im sorry, but good customer service would be to create some small talk while we wait or go fetch the host yourself! Pretty sure most restaurants have it against their policy to let employees look at their phones in the FOH for that reason! We get seated and wait longer than usual for our server who was very slow at accomplishing tasks. We waited almost 15 minutes for our drinks from the bar...just 2 drinks and still almost an empty restaurant. The bartender and manager stood around most of those 15 minutes. Our food took well over 30 minutes to appear, it was delicious, but on average it should take 15-20 minutes. No one ordered a well-done steak so cook time shouldnt have been quite so long. When we were finished we waited another 20 minutes just to get our check! He had no other tables. On top of all this, the employees turned up the soccer game in the dining area just enough to be annoying and continued to stare at it throughout our entire meal. It was extremely annoying while youre trying to eat your meal and you need something and all the employees are staring at a TV. At least go sneak a peak at the bar, but the dining room? Terrible. I still made sure my fiance and I tipped at least 18% but the server wasnt worth that, but I feel bad to tip poorly. If it were based on experience and I didnt know how server payout felt I would have tipped no more than 5%. And the peach sangria was more than an ultimate long island? No way. It was basically just wine, how is that worth $11? Thats probably the cost of the bottle! Rip off. A waste of $100

Visited on Tuesday June 7th, 2016 and this was the worst service I ever received from a Fridays. We were seated promptly upon arrival. Hmmm...Ty just need s to quit because customer service is not his arena. We order our drinks and its wasnt long for him to bring back to us and then took out order. For my four year old I asked what he would recommend and not listening he recommended a dish which was clearly not suitable for a four year old. So I clarified, no for him and all he could recommend was mac and cheese. So for a sec, I got amnesia and couldnt remember is buffalo were spicy or not. So I asked, is buffalo spicy? Well, there Ty goes again flapping at the mouth. Its like buffalo at any other restaurant. Well Ty that was clearly not the question I asked. By anyway, I ordered buffalo wings and mac and cheese for my son, ordered the Jack Daniels Chicken with broccoli and spinach. Well lets just say the buffalo was too spicy and my son ended up eating off daddys plate. The mac and cheese was never added to the order so we never received it. The JD chicken was extremely rubbery, and if you like steamed trees then the broccoli will be great for you to try. The spinach on my plate was the only decent thing. Not once did he check on us after bringing the food. He saw that my son did not eat off his plate and never once offered something else. He brought a refill on my drink which was watered down the second time around. Brought the check, came over to swipe the card at the table still not talking. Neither him nor the hostess bid a farewell to us at the end of the visit. Horrible service and will not throw money away like that again. Should have left right after he started with the attitude.

Often have a pretty consistent good time a TGIF, but this time was crumby. The kids meal chicken tenders came out larger and less chard than my fiances. I took a photo of my Jack Daniels boneless wings which were pretty dry and compared them to the size of the full size chicken tenders in the photos attached. I placed a sugar pack in the photos for size reference. Our server brought out a really dried up steak for the birthday guy my friend whom I was sitting beside. 15 minutes later his dried out fried shrimp came out that was supposed to be in the meal. I walked around looking for the floor manager whom never seemed to leave the kitchen trying to organize food leaving out and I can tell you from plenty of hells kitchen trying to focus on food leaving the kitchen and nothing else actually slows down the kitchen. After my second trip to the kitchen to ask for cocktail sauce for the birthday guys dried out shrimp one server relays to our server whom was frantic that we asked for cocktail sauce two minutes ago when it was more like 12. When our waiter brought out the cocktail sauce he says sorry if you want any sauces they are all upon request. I simply replied, if I order and pay for fries do I have to beg for ketchup? This place is going down hill, and I really use to enjoy it there..

TGI Fridays, "original inventor" of the potato skin, has officially slaughtered that delectable treat we have all come to know and love. Gone are the days when a golden cup of sunshine, complete with flowing melted colby jack cheese and perfectly crisped skin was delivered to you on a dish you could not get fast enough. The replacement resembles a plastic food-like substance which, unfortunately, tastes even worse than it looks. You plate arrives complete with squares of presumably potato, topped with a square of cold cheese food (I use the term food loosely.) Like a square of butter, this cheese food can be picked up easily and remains in tact. Tasting of stinky feet and plastic, you will immediately spit it out. Upon complaining, you will come to learn you are not the first to point this out, but will still be charged full price for this garbage. In fact, the TGI Fridays potato skins available in the freezer section of your local grocery store will not only taste better, but be cheaper. If you are looking for potato skins (or good customer service...) go elsewhere.

If I could put zero stars I would WORST PLACE TO GO TO. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Not only do the employees suck so do the managers everytime I go i get the worst service & I would know I work in a restaurant. My friend and I debating if we should give Fridays at manassas another chance once again we where let down. The hostess sat us and said your server ANGELICA will be right with you. So we waited and 8 mins later another two ladies got sat behind us 2 mins past & the ladies behind us get greeted by a server. I over hear to hear her say her name was ANGELICA. Now knowing she was our server and she had past us multiple times and seen us she never came by until we had, had it. She came after to greet us but we told her shes good. we dont want to ever eat at this place again and for everyone that tells me to go there ill give them that heads up about the bad service you all give & for the managers everytime in the past I would let the managers know nothing was done. Shame.
