This was my first time at the Colorado Dr. location and will be my last. Service was extremely poor, food was cold and noumorus tables were dirty. I had place a online order at 6:48 pm and the order was estimated ready for pick up at 7:10 pm. I had paid for the meal at 7:10 in store and was notified at the time it would take another 10 minutes due to my order including "extra crispy wings." I notified the server I would wait at the bar. The bar had two bartenders working with 6-7 people at the counter. It took approximately 2-3 minutes to be acknowledged and another 5 to be served. It was not the best black and tan I have had but the bartender admitted he was not usually behind the bar but the bartender that was scheduled was not there. I then finished my drink and returned to the service counter where there was a line out the door and no server in sight. At the time there where multipal tables dirty with 7 or so open. A server finally came out and started helping at to go orders after a few a minutes then a "Captian" had came out and told everyone waiting for a table it would be 5-10 minutes, at this time it was approximatly 7:35. They started bringing out food and I patiently waited and nothing. At around 7:45 people had started to be seated. I then was asked my name again and was asked to sign another receipt because they could not find the original (in the sea of receipts scattered behind the register.) My order was finally brought out at 7:50 over and hour from when I placed the order. When I check the food the breaded items were cold and the wings were cool. I did not have time to wait for a new order since I was not going to wait agian. My receipt says 19 minutes under the order time which I assume is the time I waited for food which tells me my food was sitting in the back for about 20 minutes. This like I said was my first and last time at this location and by far the worst service I have had at Buffalo Wild Wings.

My wife and I went there a couple weeks ago. She warned me against going there due to past experiences, but I was hungry and it was right next to us. It was around 2:30 PM and it was dead, so we decided to sit at the bar. There were only 5 other people at the bar. We waited about 10 minutes and still no bartender around. There were 3 people at the bar to our right laughing and chatting and having a good time. All of a sudden, one of those 3 people got up out of their bar stool and walked behind the bar. The dang bartender was sitting at the bar like a customer! I was pretty perturbed at that point. He came over and just pointed at us, and said "Yeah?". As if that were a proper way to greet us. I asked for some IPA that was listed on the electronic menu behind the bar and my wife ordered a different beer. The bartender turned around and then turned back to me and said he didnt have the IPA I ordered. So I ordered a different IPA. Then he told my wife he didnt have what she ordered either. Why have beers listed on an electronic menu that should be up to date if youre not going to carry the beers. He offered no apology or anything. Then we ordered food which was mediocre, as always at BWW. My wifes nachos were stale and kind of soggy. Then the girl to our right got up and walked behind the bar too! She was another bartender who was sitting and laughing while we sat there and waiting about 10 minutes! What kind of a restaurant condones employees sitting at the bar while their customers wait to be served?? We ate our food any got out of there. On the way out, I saw the manager chatting at the hostess stand with the hostess. Maybe he should have been managing the restaurant and the employees. That sealed the deal for me. I will never go back to a BWW no matter how hungry I am.

After hearing about Buffalo Wild Wings awesome wings, we decided to give it a try. Upon arrival the establishment was very clean and had an upscale feel for a wing house, lots of TVs too. There were only about 2-3 other tables and we were seated promptly. There menu is decent and has a little something for everyone. We ordered the chili cheese appetizer, a wrap and 24 wings (split in 4 groups of 6). The app was OK, but our server didnt wait to put in our food order so we got our app and meals at the same time. The wrap was not very good and the wings were tiny. The wing flavors were OK. Our server was MIA the whole time, he took our order and disappeared. I had to get up and get our table silverware. It took him forever to return and get us our check. Luckily they provide free trivia games which kept us occupied while we waited (and the reason I gave 1 star). Although, when we had service it was friendly. Overall the food wasnt very good, it was pricey, and the service was terrible. Buffalo Wing Factory is a much better option, it has great food, great service, better selection, reasonable prices, and its only 2 miles away. Save yourself the disappointment and forget Buffalo Wild Wings.

After a night out on the town, I generally crave wings the following day. Ive given this location three chances to at least have decent service, it failed all three times. The food takes forever to come out, and I mean forever as in theres only a handful of people in the restaurant and the food still takes 30-40 minutes to arrive. Service is always terrible, the menu flaunts "free refills" but good luck managing to track down your server for said refill, or napkins, or the sauce that your food was SUPPOSED to come with. Most of the servers also completely lack personality, no smile, no greeting, no energy. For my last visit there, we didnt get any refills, no was our table even checked on for the 90 minutes we spent there. We only ate about half our food, since we had nothing to drink for over half the meal. Waitress finally shows up after another 20-25 minutes of us waiting, asking if were ready for the check. No questions about the cups completely void of even ice, or the half eaten food, or even how service was. Unless desperate, avoid BWW at all cost.

Poor service. Waited about 30mins to get away which is fine and normal. We waited again about 15mins for someone to order our drinks. They were out of apple juice then they were out of pineapple juice not many options for my girls. I ordered some coffee and he told me that they didnt sell coffee, which surprised me because the one in leesburg they do. We ordered our meal 45mins later they brought my girls meal. 25mins later they brought my husbands meal it was cold the waiter totally forgot about my meal when I asked him for it h tried playing it off which is fine. He came back another 15mins and told me that they were out of the chicken tacos (carnitas I think it was called on the menu) I had ordered I then ordered a chicken sandwich with out bacon by this time my daughters were tired and ready to go my husband was annoyed with service and food. 20mins later my meal came out and with bacon. I know this stuff happens but we got no accommodation at all what so ever we will be sticking to the one in leesburg.
