I have been eating at the Olive Garden for years, and I always enjoy my experience, but last week was really special. After we were seated, we were greeted by a very beautiful and pleasant server, Success and she truly made our dinner a success! She had a big smile on her face and was very welcoming. She entertained our little girls, and the kids really liked her. Success offered my husband and I free wine samples, which was great because we are rarely offered complementary samples. We ordered our favorite drinks, Peach Bellini Teas and she returned promptly with them, then she took our orders. In a few minutes we received our soups and salads, and when I informed her that my Pasta Fagoli was a little cold, she apologized, promptly carried it away with no questions and returned with a hot bowl. Our food arrived in perfect timing and was delicious. The Parmesan Crusted Tortellini, which she recommended was delectable. What I really appreciated, was that even though it got gradually busy through the course of the night, we never felt neglected. She occasionally returned to check on us, provide refills and ensure that everything was fine. The food was tasty, but our server was excellent, efficient and she really made our experience worth while. Ill be sure to ask for Success the next time we return.

Well I must talk about a very special lady who made a night I thought I would regret good. I dont know if she was the supervisor or floor overseer but she was walking around talking to all the guest and passed by our table, we did not have our drinks or our salads yet she apologized for the inconvenience and got our drinks, salad, etc. Our waiter then came 10 minutes later to get our food order and after that I didnt see the waiter until it was time to pay. This young lady was kind and helpful the whole night, she brought out our food, tended to our refills, and shared a couple stories and laughter with my family and I. I offered to tip her but she refused. When I was paying for the food she passed by to make sure everything was fine. Time to leave and I was looking to see her to thank her and say good bye but she was being helpful to another family which made me happy. I dont want to spell her name wrong but its pronounced like the flower Azalea. That is what I call a great employee. Good job Olive Garden food was good as usual.

I have a few problems with this Olive Garden. Its a beautiful Olive Garden by the water with outdoor seating with a lovely view. However, the customer service was terrible. The hostess led my boyfriend and I to our table outside. She maneuvered between a chair that she could barley get past and didnt even move it out of the way. She just kept walking. We couldnt get through. She didnt come back, gave us a dirty look when she sat us and said nothing. No have a nice dinner or someone will be right with you, nothing. She was extremley rude. Next is that a kid puked in the middle of the lobby. No one came and cleaned it up for 10mins if not longer. Also, there was no one standing by it or a sign. It was just left there. I actually never saw it got cleaned up. Lastly, the bathroom trash can was overflowing with paper towels to the point of where I could not even get to the sinl. They were on the floor counters and even in the sink. I love Olive Garden food but this was all just a bit much.

Two stars only because the food wasnt bad and the manager tried to make it right. Walked in, two hosts were standing at the podium.. None welcomed us, so I ended up just saying "table for two" ...They still didnt acknowledge and just started walking towards the dining area. The other host says "you can follow her" ....so we get to the table, she starts collecting the excess silverware and wine glasses (the table was for two) and didnt speak a word. We said thank you, she didnt acknowledge that, so I shouted thank you at which point she looked annoyed and said yeah your welcome. Unbelievable service staff. They are 0 stars. Will not be coming back to Olive garden for another 2-3 years. If your thinking about going here, allow my bad experience to save your evening and go to sweetwater tavern next door. Credibility to the manager for listening to us and offering an appetizer as an apology, although not what we were looking for.

Ordered take out on Saturday night. My fiancé went to pick it up. Upon getting there, no one was at the take out desk to help him, he had to wait almost ten minutes to get any service. Unacceptable. When he received our order, everything, EVERYTHING was wrong. He had to get someones attention again and ask them to fix the order. They still were unable to complete our order, so my fiancé just took what they had tried to fix and left. This is not the first time this Olive Garden location has screwed up our order one way or another. Will absolutely not be returning to this Olive Garden and will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the one in Frederick MD. They seriously need to consider hiring new staff.

Good job team oliver garden.

I was at this particular Olive Garden a few months ago. First and foremost, let me just say that, yes, it is a chain, but SO WHAT?!?! The food is still very good. I had a special; the steak medallions which were parmesan crusted and came in a wonderful cheese and meat stuffed pasta. The waitress was very nice and helpful. But one last thing: Theres a macaroni grill in sterling also and I must say that I liked it a bit more than olive garden. Here are my ratings: (1 - 10 - 1 worst/10 best) I. Food: 8 II. Service: 7 III: Atmosphere: 9 IV: Value: 7 V: Grand total: 7.75

At the beginning we faced an issues and he resolved it very efficiently, he has excellent skills to manage the restaurant. He was standing at the main door, helping and greeting the guests. Becca (Waitress) was really awesome and had a very friendly personality. The food was good and fresh. It was really great experience.

Over-portioned middle-brow Italian food. The menu is designed to appeal to a mass American market which has little familiarity with genuine Italian food. As far as Olive Garden goes generally, this is a clean one with a very fast kitchen. There are small computer tablets at the tables which face away from the guests and whose only purpose seems to be to take up space and get in the way. But the service is good and its hard not to feel good about unlimited bread sticks and salad.
