I have not been to this location in years, once upon a time I though this place was hoping spot.. during my visit today I was absolutely disgusted.. food was "ok".. the whole time I was concerned at the filth.. this place is dirty! The walls, the tables, the floors, the soda machines, the baby seats, the bath rooms, the sinks, there was moldy toilet paper in the stall not even installed in the toilet paper dispenser, just on top.. (regardless shouldnt been used it was CLEARLY GROSS!! There was several tables with stuff left all over, yes theres signs EVERYWHERE saying remove your plates, blah blah.. that doesnt mean the staff just should let or should let it sit there!! Seriously?! Not one person was up and cleaning!!! Tables needed to be cleaned off, and WIPED DOWN/STERILIZED!! The floors needed to be swept under tables!! ALL THE HIGHCHAIRS need to be tended to after guests use them!! THIS STORE DESPERATELY NEEDS GUIDANCE. even the play area ay a glance is DIRTY!! JUST LOOK AT GUMBALL MACHINE. JEEZ. I AM GUARANTEEING THAT OTHER THINGS THAT ARE NASTY IN THE BACK, EXPECIALLY SEEING WHAT I SAW AS A CUSTOMER! I BET THERE ARE SEVERAL HEALTH VIOLATIONS. GOOD LUCK TO THEM. I ALSO CONFRONTED THE MANAGER, WHO CLAIMED TO BE GENERAL MANGER, WHO WAS JUST SITTING AT A TABLE WITH SOME GUYS HANGING OUT, WHILE THE WHOLE STORE IS FILTHY!! I TOLD HER MY CONCERNS SHE DIDNT SEEM TO BE ALL THAT WORRIED, SHE LOOKED LIKE A DEER IN HEADLIGHTS!! SHE ALSO WENT ON TO TELL ME SOMEONE WHO DOES THE CLEANING WAS COMING IN AT 5, I SAID LISTEN DONT TELL ME THIS ISNT A BUSY STORE AMASS THAT THE PERSON WHO CLEAMS COMES AT 5! THIS IS MONTHS OR YEARS OF GRIME ALL OVER THIS PLACE! SO WHAT SHE DOES WiTH THIS I DONT KNOW.. BUT YA.

Look, this is the best pizza deal going. If you are disappointed at all by the pizza you see at the buffet then order your own custom pizza. Just do what I do; upon entering (and after paying) ignore the buffet and just tell the attendant behind the counter that you dont see the pizza you want and then proceed to tell the attendant what you want on your own personal pizza. You can custom order an entire pizza and even have it delivered to your table. For one buffet price that is half the price of a large cheese pizza elsewhere you can craft as many of your own designer pizzas with no charge for "additional toppings." Its just the one, low buffet price. After you polish off your custom pizza you can have yet another one made just for you and delivered to your table, and then another, and then another, etc.. all you can eat (although most people only need one large pizza). Just one buffet price. Everyone in your party can order his/her own custom pizza(s). You are not limited to the buffet, although, as has been previously mentioned, the buffet is lightining fast (already prepared) if youre happy with the existing selection.

I just went there the other day. I ordered to-go. I was helped right away, no wait before getting my order placed, it took them around 15minutes to make the pizzas, I ordered 2. The lady at the counter offered me a free drink to have while I sit and wait for it to be made, so of course I took advantage. People where going in and out when I was sitting waiting for my order, no one waited more then 2minutes before getting served/placing orders, and it didnt seem like they had many people working, so I would say they did pretty good. The Pizza.. I have been eating CiCis Pizzas for years now, and I know exactly how its suppose to look and taste, and well, the 2 I got where Apple and BBQ, they both looked and tasted exactly how they should. They make there pizza a little different then most other places do, so it may taste different then say Pizza Hut. Overall I would recommend this location. This is the 2nd time I have ever ordered from them, and I will be returning again soon.

I paid approximately 9 dollars for a drink and the adult buffet. The pizza was oddly thin and had no real substance to it. However, that being said, the pizza will still decent, but not as good as say Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, or another more popular delivery chain. The wait time on new pizza wasnt overly long, but with y not being busy food couldve come faster. The cheese and meatlovers pizzas were both mediocre in comparison to the more popular chains. The other foods that were in the buffet clearly had been sitting for a while with the pasta having a soggy consistency and the soup noodles sharing that property. The marinara sauce with the pasta was surprisingly good though. The pull apart cinnamon roll bread was unfortunately sub par with minimal glazing and inconsistent flavoring throughout the cinnamon rolls.

Its a Cicis pizza.... If youre going to go to Cicis, you shouldnt be expecting high quality food or service. Its a restaurant laden with kids and noise. I went for lunch today while at work. There was a kids summer camp there taking up half the restaurant and noisy, but I easily found a seat. As far as Im concerned, this is one of the better Cicis restaurants Ive been too. When youre talking about Cicis pizza, youre not talking about a Papa Johns or Pizza Hut competitor, youre talking about a McDonalds competitor. Its low quality pizza that caters to kids. Its about quantity and cheap pizza, not quality food. I think most of the reviews here are expecting 3-5 star service and food from a 1 star restaurant.

First of all, very bad disastrous welcoming area with personal belongings scattered everywhere and very unprofessional service by the cashier that did not have the common courtesy of greeting us. Then, there was a scarce amount of pizza, and a lack of utensils. And the most disturbing part of all, the tables were all filled with dirty plates which were neglected by the staff. We could barely find a table to eat at, even though the place wasnt very occupied. There was a ongoing indoor construction job that looked like it had been put off for a while now. To summarize it all, it was a truly abhorrent detestable experience at this establishment. Oh and the brownies were soggy and undercooked.

We love Cicis. This Cicis leaves something to be desired. They have a hard time keeping up with the crowd, the bathrooms are not always clean and great video games are often out of service. The last time we were here it was near their opening. They ran out of Dr Pepper soon after we got our food and drinks. I noticed that most people were trying to get Dr Pepper (based on the sound the dispenser makes) and the staff was told about it but it was never replaced. We were there for over an hour. I also would not have called it crowded at that time. I the staff just doesnt seem prepared and they are always trying to catch up.
