Service TERRIBLE, food AWEFUL, cleanliness...didnt exist! The best way to gauge how clean a restaurant is will be to check the restrooms! They were dirty, moldy and had bugs on the floor. Why would we eat there then? Good questions! Football Sunday after Church...everywhere else was packed with exception to this place...for good reason I see now! Initially the server didnt have a clue! Kept screwing up the order...eventually the drinks came out in dirty glasses! My fiancee complained, bad idea in my opinion afterwhich I just wanted to leave. She urged me to stay though because the kids were hungry. Food came late and in patches...again I see why now. They had to have tampered with the food because not only did I get sick that evening, my fiancee had to go to the ER last night and stayed until 3 AM. Blood work confirmed extremely high levels of bacteria consistent with food poisoning! After puking 3 times and 3 bags of IV solution to hydrate the Dr. wanted to admit her...he agreed not to if she promised to take the antibiotics he prescribed and stay hydrated! Theyll definately be hearing from us again regardless of comping the meal! So with that being said, I shouldnt even consider a 1 star rating! I had to vent because Im irrate this morning for this experience and also to warn others of this place...so if you truly want to waste your money, get taken for a ride...possibly in an ambulance, by all means visit TGIF Frederick MD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its gets the extra star because atleast my friends salad was edible and he got the right drinks. The server put on a great attitude but the actual skills were terrible. Offered specials that she then said werent available, served a burnt to death dry appetizer that i never touched but charged me for it and just told me that it was a bad choice, and not only did the drinks take forever because the bartender is a performer and likes to do tricks making the drinks but come on dude just make my dang drink... but they were also wrong( not his fault though, it was rung on wrong on our receipt). TGI fridays yet again hits way below the mark and honestly my expections are never that high....I wonder when their "second chances" are finally over for me. If something else is open...go there instead.

Absolutely outstanding service. Fridays was a go to restaurant for the family and for short time the service and food wasnt what we were "use" to. Tonight though we made it out as a family and I will say our food was great but our server, Josh tonight was outstanding!!! I left there wanting to go back the next time hes in. We all like how personable, friendly, cheerful he was. We all were pleased with how busy the restaurant was and he gave us a feeling of comfort where we all connected. First time having this server looks like we are calling next time the family wants to go out to see if Josh is in. Go into a Fridays and let me know how it was for you! Thanks Fridays for a great night.

We went there today around 3:30 pm and were seated right away. The fried green bean appetizer was warm and not crispy. The Jack Daniels steak dinner was good and prepared correctly. (Steak, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.) The Jack Daniels chicken sandwich was good but the fries were warm and undercooked. And the ketchup was empty - how hard is that to check? The waitress was not attentive (and they werent busy). When I told her about the food she said she would tell the manager, who never showed up at the table and nothing was done on the bill. For the same price, Frederick has a lot of great eateries - try one of those.

Friday evening not a place to go. The entire tables food was delivered with the exception of mine which never came. Mike the waiter has excellent customer service and was very apologetic about the delay. Jake the manager on duty at the time lacks the ability to speak a word other than "okay" when he approached the table and learned of the issue. Fridays should staff accordingly on Friday evenings to avoid a repetitive catastrophes like this. THIS IS OUR LAST TIME AT FRIDAYS! Good luck in your business and you might want to teach your manager "Customer Service Recovery techniques."

Im not sure what his name is, either Arra or Arnold, not really sure but his service was unbelievable. He even told us about the promotion they had with the desert, and he even recommended appetizers that we didnt even know existed. Very polite, and friendly. He is the example of what customer service is truely about. So i hope someday he becomes a manager. And lastly, we forgot the baby bottle at the table, ran to our car and gave us the bottle. What more can I say other than it was an amazing experience for me and my family!!!

Every item the server brought was wrong. Asked for no lemon with tea; I got lemon. Asked for Ranch with my appetizer; she brought something else. Asked for Caesar salad, it came out spicy for some reason. Sliders came out burnt with no Chipotle mayo. Didnt see a manager once in my 1.5 hour visit. Server dropped napkin on the floor, and just kicked it under my table. A computer at the table wouldve been a refreshing change compared to Maya, the worst server Ive ever had. Im a server, btw.

Very familiar with the menu as I was a line cook for Fridays on the west coast. Still get take out from time to time and everything we ever order comes out wrong. My guess is most guests wont notice what items should be made with what ingredients but it is very clear the kitchen staff either doesnt know or care. It seems to be the case with any Fridays across the country I have visited. From California to Maine there is always something wrong.

Service was a joke. Our waitress was only seen about 5 times because she was to busy talking and flirting with the waiters. We were served the wrong food twice and had to get up to ask the not-so-friendly hostess and servers for refills, boxes, and the check . There was no sign whatsoever of management, organization, or customer service. We wont be back; such a shame, the food was good even though it was lukewarm.

Our server Andrew was excellent. Its been quite a while since we have had such polite professional and prompt service. The restaurant was very busy but the wait staff had great support getting food to tables before it got cold. We had the salmon with broccoli instead of spinach. It was all very tasty, a dish I would order again, but it was over salted a bit. Overall great service, good food, great experience.

Had a pretty good dinner here ..used a Groupon $13 for $25 ... Steak was rare and I had to sent it back to be cooked to medium as I requested... Got back a hot steak & a coupon card for a free appetizer on next visit ...cool with me ! All day happy hour is $3 domestic draft ,which is 14 oz ... I have a feeling the tall draft is probably a better deal but I didnt get the price

The food was very good overall, and our server was great. The oreo madness dessert was basically a prepackaged oreo ice cream sandwich you could buy at the grocery store with chocolate syrup on it and a strawberry on the side. The staff also no longer sing Happy Birthday, which was a huge disappointment, since my son turns 14 today. Will not be back for a birthday.
