This is the local Buffalo Wild Wings by my house. The food is usually pretty good, but the service is a huge issue. Im going to talk about one experience in particular. About a week ago, I decided to order wings on wing Tuesday. I placed my order more than an hour and a half in advance on the BWW app (love the app). My wings were supposed to be ready for pick up at 7pm. So I showed up at 6:50pm so I could pay right before they were ready. One customer who walked in just before me was thoroughly upset with their order and the fact that some of the things he ordered were out of stock. The employee blamed the website/application, "franchise operations", and the fact that the website doesnt cater to store specific stock. The customer made a good point that the staff had his phone number on file and could have called to ensure that his order was fully taken care of before he got there. Although I am not one to complain often, I completely understood where the guy was coming from. Then, to my dismay, my food was not done by 7. I knew it was busy so I figured that a few extra minutes would be no big deal. Other customers came in who also ordered in advance and seemed to be in a hurry so I figured I would inform them that they seemed to be running a little late. The customer who I was making small talk with while we waited for our food decided that it was necessary to speak to a manager after he realized that I had been waiting more than THIRTY MINUTES for my food. He spoke on behalf of multiple people when he expressed his displeasure. The manager gave the customer who stepped up and said something a full refund although he had only been waiting about five minutes. The customer told the female manager that if anybody deserved a refund it was the other people who had been waiting so long for their food. Instead, she brushed it off and said they were doing the best they could. In fact, she continued to explain it was the customers fault for ordering extra crispy wings. Yes, it is the customers fault that their own food is not done on time because we ordered extra crispy wings that take longer to cook. I finally got my food and of course there was no compensation offered. I did not really expect it, as I was more than ready to leave by that point anyways, but the staffing made it seem as if the customers were the inconvenience. This is not the location that sets the example of Buffalo Wild Wings and customer service. I would also like to include that out of the dozens of times I have ordered food for carry out, no matter how busy or what time of the day, I have only gotten my order on time ONCE. If you place an order to go, make sure you show up twenty minutes after its supposed to be ready, and hope you dont have to use your microwave at home because of the fluke chance that it is actually done on time.

Me and some friends came by today to get some food and I am so disappointed. The waitress seemed so clueless. She brought us all the wrong drinks two times in a row (it wasnt that hard, we all ordered the same thing) we received the wrong drinks twice. The lady that brought our food to us spilled a cup of seasoning all over my boyfriend. Our waitress didnt bring us the right sauces we asked for. We asked for a box, and she forgot all about us. She came back to ask how our food was and we asked for it again, took about 15 minutes to receive my box. She didnt bring us a bill with the box. Normally when someone asks for a box youd think youd receive the bill with it, meaning youre trying to leave. Just like everything else she took forever bringing us our bill. All in all the food tasted fine the waitress just didnt deserve a tip and had horrible customer service. She shouldnt take extra tables if she cant take care of the ones shes already got. -An experienced waitress

****Edit March 2017**** Being a Google reviewer I frequently update my r views as I revisit places. Everything is superb and specials on traditional and boneless wings are frequent. Best customer service from. Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time. JaVisa and TJ run this store with excellent customer service. ****2016**** Decent Buffalo Wild Wings with an awesome environment. Youll def have a great time here. Plenty of good music and the atmosphere is cool. A little on the expensive side so if youre considering the family or a date expect to spend at least $60 or more.

Went here for the Wednesday night kids meal deal. Adult food was good, some kid orders (wing flavors) were not correct but quantity was. Some orders of fries tasted stale and overcooked. Waitress we had was very personable and good for a large group. It wasnt that busy but the food took awhile to come out. I feel like the issue with this place anytime we come stems from the kitchen. Overall its not bad for the deal, had it been full price, we would have been pretty disappointed.

My wife has a social group that meets here once a week and almost every week she complains about how they cant get her order right, whether its the wrong order, or there are wings that are cold and raw in the center, or the fried cheese curds are cold and greasy. The few times Ive gone, my order has been safe, but the food in general is not that well prepared. The one exception is the brownie ala mode. That was excellent.

Of course this is very popular restaurant that was established in New York. I know very well this is so delicious chicken wings! For sure you could love this place with great food and great place that have free wi-if! Including game tablet for kids or adults too! Plus there is bar and sports television! More things that does have in Buffalo Wild Wings! I must recommend who havent eat or visit at Buffalo Wild Wings!

Walked in, the place was trashed. Food everywhere. I actually started to have second thoughts about eating here. I waited about 45min for my food. What was the hold up you ask? The salad... I never knew that was such a complicated task? Staff is below-par. They all look like theyre in a bad mood. They just stand around and talk. Manigment sucks. Food sucks. This place it sucks. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Went in today, was told we could sit outside right away, was just told to wait 5 min and we will be seated. So 5 min pass and another person came in while we were waiting and asked if they could sit outside, they were told, go ahead seat yourself right away outside. .. then we were told there is no more space outside. So with that said I will never go back

Never too impressed with the food quality here. I do love their bone-in wings and think they are pretty amazing if you ask for them naked and with the sauce of your choice on the side. They end up perfectly crispy. However every other thing Ive ever gotten there is sub-par; sandwiches, fries, salad, burger, chicken sandwich etc.

As I feel with all BWW, loud atmosphere. Not entirely a bad thing but dont expect to have a quite conversation. Food is good. Kids enjoy their kids meals. Not normally but this past visit the waiter was terribly with time. Nice guy but took FOREVER to get our order, bring the meals and a stupid long time to drop off our check.
