If there is a Negative Star, it would be the one. This is my 3rd time going to this place because I live nearby, but this time is definitely will be my last. On Sunday, June 4th 2016 around 10:30 AM I came to this location, Gunston, Lorton to order some breakfast. While I was at the drive through I indicated to the lady on the intercom that I have a coupon ...but before I get to finish what I was saying, she interrupted with a big loud voice "Its expired!” I told her the coupon expiration date is on June 19, 2016 and today is June 3, then she said "oh oh okay...”. As I continued to place my order, she kept on asking me what I wanted, I repeated 3x and then she said they ran out, but three seconds later she said they were still available. What in the world is going on with this place? Im so confused and don’t understand why they would place someone at the drive through who barely can speaks clear or understands English to take order? Stress before meal is so unnecessary; therefore I will not come back to this location again. On this note, I rather go to a real restaurant where customer service is the main focus!

We wont ever be going to this Burger King again after an incident last week. My child and his friends had the cops called on them and were kicked out because of the behavior of kids that were in there THE DAY BEFORE. The manager just had the cops kick out all teenagers, whether they were causing problems or not. When I called the manager, she admitted to me that her problem was with other kids, but it didnt seem to bother her that she ended up kicking out kids that actually have money and pay for food. Doesnt seem like a good business model to me. None of those kids or their parents will be back there.

While not the dirtiest fast food restaurant, it sure is close. I have seen them clean high areas in the kitchen, while cooking food. All the debris just fell right in to the food. Also, to keep their speed metrics up, one of the managers will only take one order and serve one car at the drivethru window at a time. The restaurant is in poor location, the end of a strip mall. Traffic is FUBAR at the busiest of times. The franchisee should move to a new nearby property, even if the have to go in debt to get it built. Almost the worst. And I like whoppers.

There isnt anything but a star. Otherwise I would have selected less. I called asking the hours, and the girl said they were closed? I was about to exit the Website and at my fault, I realized the website said open till midnight. I called back, and all of a sudden, she said they are open.The woman doesnt want to work or she doesnt know English. Look at your reviews. You might want to look into your staff. I dont want to go and try your chili cheese dogs anymore! Im afraid that everyone doesnt want to work, and they may do something to the food.

I ordered 2 for $5 mix or match. I asked for 2 fish sandwiches and 2 med. fries. Dt cashier handed me 1 sandwich and 2 fries. She closed window without saying thank you or confirming my order. She did not give me a receipt. only ticket I got on the bag. I did not check what was in the bag. I noticed my sandwich was missing when I opened my bag at home.I believe her name is Sandra ( Korean looking lady). My order # 525 time was 2.17pm. worst customer service and rude people. Think twice before I visit again.

The food is good but the employees are rude. The only time I had good service was when I was coming home from work late at night after 11:30pm near midnight I pulled up to the drive thru and this lady took my order and she was very respectful and not only that she had a lovely voice. I complimented her on her service which made her feel so good that she gave me an extra set of fries.

They have a drive through attendant that is just awful. She get my order wrong 9 times out of 10. She doesnt double check the order and she speaks so fast you can not understand her. If you interrupt her to finish your order she snorts and gets annoyed. She always seems to work the hours I pass through. I avoid this BK because of her.

The food was cold, they gave me the wrong order and there were groups of kids running around playing in the soda machine. Im sure they knew the ppl who worked there because no one said anything tho them. We were standing on line and they were running bumping into us and three sofa dispenser area was filthy!

This place is so poorly managed and unorganized... We come just for the entertainment. The shock value I guess you could say some of the crappiest service Ive ever seen... Not to mention dirty tables. Yes nobody speaks English maybe thats why its even funnier in a sad way :-)

Every single time I go to the drive thru they ask me to pull forward. Even if theres no one behind me. I pull forward and wait for what seems like forever for them to bring my food out to me. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru. This place is terrible.

Great customer service, burgers fries and onion rings are always on point! Saturday nights are Cruise in nights, bring your ride and chill out for some corn hole, alot of shucking and jiveing, they even have kids activities, come in and get an icecream

The worst. My experience with this establishment was unbelievable. Very dirty tables, rude workers and unsanitary. When is the right time to sweep is the question. Dust flying in my food and face while I ate. Send the board of health please.

Sorry but this burger king the people just work do not work the good that give a food cold. I do not recomenden to any people to buy any for this burger king... "Jane american Girl is very nice" but the rest of the staff are useless.

Drove through and was not impressed with the lady taking our order (Hiba?) . She was very short and kept cutting us off in the middle of ordering. Part of our order was also incorrect and the sanitary practices looked questionable.

They didnt know which sandwich I was ordering even though Im reading out out of the menu and when they made it they were asking me how to make it. It was apparently something new but still. The milkshake machine wasnt working

Inconsistent. .charge for bbq sauce one day ..then one day they dont charge Manager is rude ...one day large icee in fountain drink cup then the next day no large icee exist. Come on get all the employees on same page

The restaurant wasnt very clean and there were flies all over the place. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken making it impossible to get any soap out. I would not recommend this Burger King.

I really love there custmor service . Food is also not so much expensive . Also its 24 hour but only for drive through but for walk in its usualy open like 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
