Me, on noticing that my sandwiches had been wrapped up without any lettuce, tomato, peppers or anything: "why didnt you ask me if I wanted tomatoes or lettuce or anything?" Employee: "it is Quiznos policy not to offer that unless the customer asks for it" Me: I got a phone call as the ssndwiches were coming out of the oven!" Employee: (shrugs)
