This is my 3rd time visiting this location and the cashier is a bit slow, I did an online order I got there early so she made me wait until the time my online order had. I went to the line so I could get it done and the guy in didnt want to get my food because he said I had to wait I had to argue with him to get it. Then when I told the cashier how dumb that was she just made a face and said I could talk to the manager. The next time I went the scoops were baby scoops of everything I thought maybe it was just the worker. I go today and again the same thing I asked for guac, and the guac barely touched the spoon and that was it. When I told the cashier which was the same as the first time I went she said "those are the portion size.. my bowl looked like a kids bowl.. there is no other chipotle in Springfield were they do that! I dont care if I have to wait in line at the Springfield plaza I am not coming here again. No wonder its always so dead in there your customers never come back

The woman was rude. I asked for hot salsa. She said I asked for mild. Its funny how those words dont sound anything alike. Her attitude continued as she loudly asked if I needed my bowl remade. Im not the type to hold up others evenings for something trivial like that. It appeared she was training another employee during this time. I hope there are less frustrated, angry managers to provide quality training rather than this woman who doesnt believe in the customer being right. Good luck with the new location, Chipotle.

The store is pretty new and crowded. The staff are nice, but move to fast to get the entire order, which results in wasted food. Parking is limited around the establishment and getting in and out of the shopping center can be an exercise in patience. The establishment is clean and cozy. It is a better location to take your food and eat at home.

This is a local favorite of mine. Its far enough out of the way that its never more than a 5 minute wait to place your order. Staff is friendly. Portions are great. The only downside is that there is limited seating, but I usually grab mine to go, so this is not an issue.

The meal was beyond bland. The rice and meat tasted almost completely unseasoned. The guac also lacked a lot of flavor. After having a previous bad experience I vowed not to go here or to any chipotle. I wont make this mistake again.

Its your standard Chipotle. They just happened to skimp me on cheese, guac, and lettuce. The line also moved a bit slower than Im used to but no biggie.
