WE left and not come back. Not busy ,the hostess would not volunteer to wait on female customers. We had to ask them to wait on us. They would not volunteer to do it. And not speak to us. Threw the menu on table. And ran away. And we had problems getting the waiter to come to the table. WE had to ask the people who sat next to do it. He was not busy. He was eating a meal. He came to table. Said he not want to write down the order. He said not his job. Told him if he not want to do it. We will call the manager. He did it. He would rush to get rid of us,yell at us, interrupt and yell at us, walk away and we had to ask him to come back and finish the job. He was eating while wait on us. We ordered an appetizer and meat. He brought the diet soda with 3/4 ice. We not want soda diet and not any ice. He not volunteer to correct it. And he not come back. We had the appetizer. And he just left to eat a dinner. WE were on a time limit. The decor is nice. A good value for the price paid of the meal. And a lot to choose from on the menu.He would not come back. We told the hostess the reason we are leaving. she not say anything to us.

Table of nine, and we all ordered at the same time... About an hour later we received four of our orders, somewhat correct, but not quite as ordered. (e.g. asked for no onions or tomatoes, received onions and tomatoes.) The other five orders probably would have shown up eventually, but after another half hour we gave up, paid for the four we had shared, and left. I will not go back to any LT anytime soon. No apology from either of the managers who were well aware of the problem.Other tables seemed to be OK, we did not see any obvious problems. The server was well meaning, but seemed incompetent. Probably a student, who should not make restaurant service a career choice. She will probably have a great career doing something else, just not this. The food was frankly Meh!. Nothing special. I have had better kofte from street vendors in Istanbul. I wish we had gone to Shamshiry or Moby Dick for the kebabs. (Our original choice, Kazan, being closed for Saturday lunch.)

Food was great but the customer service was horrible. My girlfriend and I went for Valentines day and the waiter went to every table around us except for ours. When he finally came to our table, he walked away in the middle of me asking a question about one of the menu items. The manager, however, was very apologetic and offered us a discount on the next meal. I would say that the restaurant itself is fine, but this one waiter should be fired. A little pricey, but not too bad for the environment.

The spicy hummus, fried cauliflower and pumpkin kibbeh (seasonal) are superb. The grape leaves are nice and juicy. The beet salad is very good and the mehshi (zucchini and tomato based) is an excellent vegetarian entree. The downer was the knafeh which was too bready on the top and hard cheese on the bottom. Ive eaten better versions at Anatolia Turkish restaurant in Nashville, TN which has spoiled my ability to enjoy it at lesser places.

Not sure what has happened to this place!! The food and the service was horrible. Later that night we both got really sick. If you love yourself and want good food this place is not a good place to go. I used to like this place but it kept getting worst. Servers were also not attentive, water cup was dirty, and empty plates were not being cleared from the table. We will not be returning to this place.

This place is delicious! I had never had the chance to indulged in serious middle eastern food until I spent time here. This is the best Lebanese Taverna available (to start). Everything there is always cooked fresh and the facility is beautiful. After eating here several times, it has inspired me to want to go visit Lebanon now :)

Short business trip...wanted something different. I had the Taverna Platter which came with hummus, Fattoush Salad, Lebanese rice, and a mix of grilled beef and lab (with a tzatziki sauce dip). Coupled with a nice Argentine Cabernet Sauvignon and the warm puffy bread I was very please...economical and yummy...a great combination!

To start off, the little food we did have was good; I recommend the pumpkin kibbeh. Avoid the cherry lager. The service was terrible, on two separate instances my orders were lost and it took me badgering service staff to get a response. Im not going to return any time soon but I did see others enjoy their food here.

this was a raved about restaurant by co-workers and friends. i went once and was not impressed. i found the food less flavorful than other lebanese restaurants ive been to. it wasnt bad, far from it, just didnt meet my expectations. i will try again, im sure, and if i feel differently will update my rating.

This is a fun place for a group, get some mezzes as appetizers and then go for a main meal. (I dont think the large mezze assortment for groups is a good deal.) Try to not fill up on the wonderful flatbread. Decor is well above average, stylish without being too hip. Service is usually pretty good.

Yummy food! Im Filipino so I dont eat this stuff very often (so I cant compare it to traditional food) but I loved it. Docked a star because the space we were in was not very kid friendly. And they had the tables very close together so the waiters kept knocking me in the head by accident -.-

Very good bread served to start with, you can ask for your choice of hummus. Some dishes dont go with Lebanese food, so should be taken out of the menu like fish. Very limited Vegetarian options. Great ambiance, good family environment. $$$ ($15 - $25 per entrée)

As a lebanese I can tell you the food here is average. It may be great for the average american who has a limited palate. If you are looking for something more authentic you would be best served to find another place that is not a large chain.

Excellent atmosphere. Quick, friendly service. Great food. I loved the humus and baba ganoosh (sp?). The fresh pita bread was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their entrée. We had the chefs platter as an appetizer and everyone loved it.
