Chick-fil-A food and service is always great, but this location is owned by a wildly unprofessional franchisee, Andrea Hevia. My girlfriend and I had an issue with this location that we were unable to resolve by phone with Ms. Hevia, so we came to the point of nearly having to file papers in court; when we shared our intentions with the owner, she contacted my girlfriend by phone and berated her. Seeing as this is a Christian company, the operator of this location has a lot to learn about kindness on top of basic workplace professionalism and state law. Well be writing to Mr. Cathy and hopefully he realizes that licensing his company name to this franchisee was a dreadful mistake. Give your money to an owner who actually understands how to be a professional businessman. Go to Seven Corners. Worth the trip.

Overall an average location. Food was ok but the condiment packs definitely made me feel a bit weird. They smelled off, too, something Ive never experienced before at the chain. Lunch crowd is always intense so prepare for a longer lunch hour than usual unless ordering ahead with the app. Theres always gonna be someone takin a large order for the entire office it seems. And PLEASE do something about that guy who hangs around outside begging everyone who walks in for food money? Give him a meal already and tell him to kindly pursue a different venue. The past four times Ive gone, hes out there in his hoody like clockwork, asking for handouts.

This morning in uniform I was put in a position where the cashier determined if I was a good enough police for the law enforcement discount. My other law enforcement brothers dine there with no problem, but because I was a female there was a double standard. I was told, only patrol officers and firefighters get the discount. Im also a patrol officer some days but today I was on the way into work. I did eventually get my discount. Thanks for your law enforcement appreciation, after today I will not be coming back for any food.

Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been. Customer service is horrible, the also have something against white people there. I was in line to get a refill and a back worker ignored me for 5 min ( was 2 feet away from him) when he saw another black person approach on the other side ( same cup and everything) and he helped him and continued to ignore me. The same person was our cashier - receipt says Deji Adako. Will never come back because customer service sucked. Even a manager looking person with no name tag didnt do anything.

The staff are very pleasant. The food is always quick, hot and good. Ive been here on many occasions, as I work close by, and Ive never had my order wrong. Ive ordered catering, and ended up being late to pick up. They made my chicken strips fresh when I got there. I did have to wait for them, but at least they were hot and fresh.

Love chicfila breakfast chicken egg and cheese on a biscuit! This particular location has a free item for breakfast every Tuesday, however I dont know if they still so that. Usually very fast service and if they make a mistake they correct it quickly and offer a free item like a dessert. No drive through.

As far as Chick-fil-As go its not bad. The line can get really bad, though, and their method for managing it isnt well implemented. If you can get in off the busy hours you shouldnt have a problem, but. I would avoid this place around the lunch/dinner rush. Especially if youre not patient (or really hungry.)

Easy in and easy out at around 7. Sometimes a little busy at that time but nothing too crazy. Lunch is another thing. I havent been here at lunch but i imagine it gets pretty nutty as this ia the only franchise close to Tysons Corner.

Manager named "Deji" was very rude. Waited in front of the register (there was no line) for almost 10 minutes to get a refill of sweet tea. It should not take that long just for a refill. Get your customer service together.

Had to take my sandwich back and it still wasnt correct the second time. My cheese wasnt melted and the sandwich was cold and the manager didnt seem to care. Thanks for allowing me to spend my money and get cold good.

Tables were dirty. Parking lot had lots of trash. I get ot, end of a thursday, but if we are sitting at a table with napkins and ketchup its not to go. Maybe its because Vienna is very appealing to hippies.

Cant go wrong with a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries. Lunch crowd is insane. Make sure you arrive before the lunch crowd else you will be waiting awhile for your order.
