So, I was home sick with the baby today and I felt like ordering some comfort food. I had received an advertisement from Vocellis and in all seriousness, the cookies sold me. I had a serious sweet tooth and we dont usually keep sweets in the house. So, I decided to give them a try. I placed the order online and received notice about 15 minutes later that it was on its way. An hour later, still no pizza. I literally live about a mile away from the store. Its about a two minute drive, 5 if traffic is really bad. After about an hour and 15 minutes, the delivery guy shows up and he says sorry but traffic is bad... yeah... Oh well, all is forgiven, food is here!!! So, I try one of the cookies, it is incredibly stale and old, definitely not fresh baked as advertised. They have clearly been sitting on a shelf for days, bleh. So I try the pizza, also cold and stale. Soooo... A waste of $40 for really cold and stale food, and a super long wait... I wont be ordering from here again :(

So, I tried to order a pizza from Vocellis because my Mom ask for one. Apparently, if you order online you get 20% off. I go through the process of ordering this thing click the order button, it clears the pizza and it sends me back to the order screen. I try again because it doesnt say "we have received your order". Doesnt work, so I go buy a pizza from Safeway. Get back home, open a email saying I ordered two huge pizzas. I call the place and say "Hey, I didnt get confirmation on your website that I ever ordered a pizza. Please, dont make these pizzas". They made one, end up paying for it... mainly because I do not wanna end up talking to some Loudoun cop outside my house.I let them know that this is going to happen again , the guy who takes phone orders says " oh yea, this happens all the time". Owner says " Next time, Call us". THIS HAPPENS AT EVERY VOCELLIS, WHY NOT LISTEN TO ME, FIX IT, AND BE CORPORATES HERO

TERRIBLE SERVICE We placed an order by [hone, and when it didnt arrive after an hour we called back and left 2 voice mails. We followed up with an email to them through their website, and then another email the next day. Its now been 48+ hours and we still havent heard from the company AT ALL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A PIZZA JOINT IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I ordered off of GrubHub. Food was delivered in a timely manner... But my bread was molded. I called to tell them I was on my way to bring my food back and the guy was more concerned about the amount of mold. He ask "is it a lot or a little mold" as if that really matters. Never ordering there again.

Excellent food and options, but as a former employee, I know that you need to ask about the coupons. Make sure to say, "Can you tell me the specials/pickup specials of the day?" Even after working for them, I still really enjoy their food.

have ordered a few times, its always here in about 30 mins or so. pizza is good for a chain, a little pricey but it is what it is.
