Tried to go to go to this store because of the convenience. Ive gone a few times and had successful and reasonably good experiences. However it is a hit and miss kind of situation. I actually met the owner of this and to other establishments and he indicated that he was doing everything he could to clean up the all the stores. Once again I have found myself disappointed because I wanted to basically a walk-in cooler because the heat was not working in the Monroe Avenue store now I am at 1 to slight someone without reason. Three days without heat is a little excessive there are services available to correct the situation and if its a situation with the RG&E that too can be corrected with a phone call this is purely negligence and I questioned the ability to maintain a healthy eating establishment and this atmosphere

The service was slow and not very kind. The subs we ordered were awful too. Didnt even want to complain because Id have to wait another year. Stay away from this Subway and go next door to the Monroe Mart for a tasty sub!

This subway is a rip off. They skimp out on the meat every time. The last time I went, the lady literally put 2 slices of turkey on a 6 inch turkey sub... 2 SLICES. I walked out.

Cant beat the deals at subway! Quality can be hot or miss. Simply ask your sub artist to add more of you arent satisfied, usually they are accommodating.
