The food was amazing!!!! There were 4 of us I had the Enchiladas Nortenas, my daughter had a Burrito Mex Chicken, and the boys had Burritos Fajitas Steak & the Combo #2. it was delicious!!! The margarita on the other hand was disgusting!! It was so bad I sent it back and said I didnt want to try another. Then after a few minutes the waitress came back and kept pushing me to try another one from a different machine. She said they tasted the mix I had and it was really Limey but the other one wasnt. I kept telling her no but she kept going on about it. So I finally said okay & like first one it was bad as well. I just kept it because I didnt feel like dealing with it. To bad she wasnt as pushy to refill everyone elses drinks or bringing the silverware. But in the end the food was great!!

Was a big fan of this place for a long time, frequent customer. When I chose the Hampton location for my birthday get together, I was expecting the same great food and friendly service Id always received. Unfortunately, when a tamale was ordered and then received only half-cooked and we wanted a new one, our server was completely rude. When they brought a new one which was also improperly prepared (I tried it myself and got a mouthful of cornmeal batter. It was disgusting.), the response we got was further rudeness and the managers refusal to take the $2 thing, understandably not eaten, off our bill. I certainly wont be spending my next birthday there-- or more of my money. Thanks for putting a damper on my party with your crappy service, folks.

Please if you read these pay close attention. I usually eat at el AZTECA. I. Felt like trying another restaurant and after our service and food we go I regret it. I had a problem with my waiter because he was trying to flirt with my girlfriend. Right in front of my face,,. I tried to get the manager and guess what, there wasnt no manager. I spent at least 40 dollars because of the alcoholic drinks we had. The margaritas are supposed to be their signature drinks and they dont taste like it. I personally will never ever go and spend a dime at that restaurant. Im just going to say at el AZTECA . Besides at least they dont try to flirt with my girlfriend. And the margaritas taste way better and priced well

My husband and I went here for dinner on 5/22/15. I checked the menu online first to see if they had shrimp and crab meat, because I dont eat meat. We arrived and was seated right away, the waitress came, asked if we were ready. We werent so she said she would come back. We waited, and waited. I was getting ready to leave when she finally came back. We ordered and waited for a very long time for the food. When it did arrive and I tasted it, I called the waitress back (when we found her) I asked if the crab was fake she said yeah why. I stated it didnt say that on the menu and the reply was yeah I know. So service and food was terrible. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know.

The staff was cordial, the food was fresh and hot, they seated us quickly and the service was great! I went with a group of people and our waitress was a doll :) I got lunch fajitas and it was what I expected and filling. The burritos my friends got were delicious they said and also another friend had no complaints of the taco salad in a taco shell. Wish I could have taken a pic of the food. Lol. The free chips and dips were fresh and hot too. My friend said her tea wasnt sweet enough but she likes a ton of sugar so if you like super sweet tea dont get sweet tea there. Lol

Just tried to make a reservation for Friday night at 7:30, the so called "manager" said it was their policy that they dont do reservations past 3:30. Its a bunch of BS.. How can a so called manager not work with someone. This is supposed to be a surprise gathering for someone very special and they are being some serious worthless people. I would NEVER recommend going to this place! The food/drinks are BEYOND overpriced and the service is HORRIBLE.. These aliens are lucky they are employed..they should get deployed! Worthless!!

The one thing I enjoy about this place is that they dont fry everything on the menu. Most every time I have been, the food was consistent, fresh, and hot. The prices are great and the service is generally acceptable. Never order anything labeled "seafood" on the menu. I asked for a shrimp and crab burrito once and they brought me something stuffed with about of pound of way overcooked shrimp, no crab, and it was cold. Im assuming no one ever orders it so they dont know how to make it.

Atmosphere was great. Their re-fried beans are awesome. Tortillas come wrapped in foil; poor. No authentic non-alcohol beverages (ex. horchata). They use imitation crab in their seafood platter, the burrito I ordered was 2 enchiladas without the enchilada sauce; beans or rice, not both; poor. The fried ice cream dessert was too hard past the crust and far from ice cream; fail. Mexican food is the best of comfort food, and it tastes better that way. Keep it real mi gente.

Very unhappy today. Food was good, but service was terrible. I dont even know our servers name. She never gave it to us. (check says her name was eva) Husband had to ask for the rest of the food he ordered, we were both finished eating when he finally got it. She says "she forgot to put it in" well, had she come to check on us we would have told her. You would think they were in a rush, but no. We were the only ones in the building. So there is no excuse.

Weve lived here four years and this is our favorite casual restaurant. Great food and fast service. If you have a movie starting in 25 minutes at the AMC 24, you have time to eat here. Instead of filling up on movie popcorn, let them make fresh guacamole in front of you for $8. Tastes much better, and not as bad for you. I prefer black beans to refried, and theyre always willing to tailor the meal to your preferences. I love this place!

Sadly disappointing. Dishes with "crab meat" in menu came with imitation. The menu does not specify use of imitation crab meat in food. False advertising. Im left wondering if the sea bass was actually over-salted tilapia. The vegetarian fajita had pieces of meat mixed in. The salad was missing the specified balsamic vinaigrette. When the dressing was finally delivered, it was terrible, tainted, and sickly sweet. Avoid this location.

We havent been in quite a while so we decided it was time. I guess they changed their menu at some point in the last year and a half or so cause the food is way different. Ordered the Seafood Chimichangas and what they brought out was awful. It was drenched in a cheese sauce that tasted like it was made from a powder, and the only noticeable seafood was artificial crab meat. Its a shame, they used to be one of my favorite places.
