Tonight I was in your location with my husband, 2 kids, and in laws for dinner and I must say it was the worst experience ever. We had to wait 10 mins for a table for 6 because they could not open a section because there were not enough servers. Our server (Nicole) was the worst server I have had in my life. We order the fried pickles which had a shrimp tail in them ( i am allergic to shrimp). Our orders came out and my mother in laws food was cold and my burger was not right. We had the manager come 3 times to our table. Nicole came to our table to give us the check and she said the manager took care of it all. I asked again are you sure and she said yes. Then she came back and said no. The manager only took off the pickles, my burger and my mother in laws food off. Then i asked to speak to the manager and she asked why I said you can not read and are the worst server I have ever had in my life. The manager came over, she took my husbands credit card and while we were talking to the manager she threw down the pen and receipt. Very horriable customer service. We go to this location 2-3 times a month and I will never come back.

Busy, waited half an hour, awkwardly like a crowded subway train, wondering if no one can get thru to get out, how anybody gonna get in, to cold to wait outside, and the hostess wasnt leaving her podium lookin for nobody, they didnt offer pagers or anything like that, so stay there shoved up a strangers armpit, or stand outside and freeze while they skip you, I stared at the empty booth behind the waitress the whole time I waited before she sat me at it, their were 5 names ahead of me on the sheet, and about 15 people standing in the door, the entire time I was there, I sat at the table being ignored for another 30 minutes no drink no nothin, before I got up starving and went to waffle house, I had a craving for hooters wings, last 3 times Ive been it sucked, not the friendliest hooters, im not craving their wings so much anymore.. I miss the 1 on jefferson that closed down, twice as far from me, but well worth it..

Servers were very polite and friendly, possibly the only thing good thing I can say about the worst Hooters in Hampton Roads, if not the nation. My boneless chicken was nothing but a hammer smashed processed piece of undercooked chicken. Luckily I had maybe 6 out of 10 good pieces of chicken, I am hoping, at least I havent puked yet... Floors, booths, and table were sticky. Windows everywhere were covered with hand prints and face smudges. Bathrooms were disgusting, and probably not cleaned since Wednesday, which I have included pics of. The ceiling A/C vent is covered with mold and lint, convieniently blowing all over the plates of food. Hands down the worst.

This is absolutely the most unprofessional establishment ive ever attended! I waited for well over an hour and a half at the bar while reminding the hostess that I was still waiting to be seated. Not only was I told that I would be seated shortly on two separate occasions, both instances resulted in someone else being seated before I was! The food is often under-cooked and some of the chicken hasnt been properly singed which is evident by the hair that can be found. Highly disappointed in Hooters. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

WORST Hooters ever! WORST service ever! Waited 30 minutes for an appetizer that came out at the same time as the meal because the dumb waitress was too busy eating with some Guy at the table next to us. Heard the cook yelling her name to come get our food. Food was cold. No refills (because she was still eating next to us.) Music was blasting beyond belief. Uncomfortable & unfriendly from beginning to end. This place just sucks!!! :(

It is not a bad place, but you go to the bar and there is only one girl attending all bar customers and the phone, and of course she has to be kind with customers who talk to her. Result, long time until I was asked what I want to drink and more time after I order. Perhaps was a bad day, but with many waitresses hanging around not attending that day it was awful

Horrible service. ... walked in and got seated right away (place had just opened for the day so it was empty) i say there for over 15 min and no one. ..NO ONE greeted me at my table... NOTHING! waitresses kept walking pass...and when i turned around it looked like every girl was in the corner at a table just hanging out not doing a damn once of work

Double check your order here on Tuesdays after 5 pm and everyday at lunch time because if you get them to go they just might be burnt and the batter hard as a rock to bite into feel like you gonna chip a tooth... This has happen to me at least 4 time including todays lunch time pickup!! Slow down!!! When the wings are NOT burned they are really good

I have been to many Hooters and I feel this one is best. The staff is great and friendly. The place always has a crowd. My favorite spot and they take care of me. Food recommendations are on spot. Have an open mind critics, this isnt Ruth Chris but rather a fun spot with tasty food that fills your belly.

Waitress didnt seem to know what she was doing and was distracted by the tv behind us. Left menus at table once we ordered. Went to use the restroom after a drink and a cockroach crawled right by my foot. Yikes! Once the food came to the table one of my wings had a hair on it. Will not return.

Usually the service is slow even when its not crowded. Its like they are always ready to get off and go do anything else. Mission BBQ is new across the street. Food is banging! Eat the and if you want to watch the game buffalo wild wings is behind them and they have all the games and UFC.

Was seated by friendly waitress, but actual waitress wasnt so. Barely spoke didnt even smile not one time. Came by my table only once to bring me a drink, didnt see her again until I asked for my bill. Maybe it just me but Ive been to other hooters and felt a better vibe than this one.

This place is great! I find every Friday before I go home to the wife and kids I head into Hooters of Hampton for food, beer and the scenery. I recommend the western bbq burger, buffalo chicken sandwich and it goes without saying, the breaded wings. See you on Friday!

Both times I visited this establishment, months apart, I ended up getting sick. Do yourself a favor and stay away. For a restaurant that prides itself in fake women for you to drool over, all at this location are Virginia's finest: aka nasty...

I was pleased, Ive been to better - been to worse but Id have to say it was pretty good. And not too bad a value since I went on a night when they had a special deal (Tuesday Night, 20 wings for $10). The wings are pretty good size and very tasty.
