When I first went to this Kentucky Fried Chicken, I was less than impressed. The staff was rude, the food was cold and the entire experience was ruined for me in five minutes. Luckily its been a few years since then and I decided to give it another round. With a brand new friendly staff, constantly fresh cooked food and great customer service, my experience was nothing but excellence. On top of that, KFC is always open to new job opportunities when their is someone in need. One of the managers said "Its not a glamorous job but its a job" and I agree but these workers are doing a great job and presenting the kernel well. Good job guys!

If I could give this particular KFC a big fat ZERO, I definitely would. My last few visits have been horrible. From having absolutely no white meat to waiting by yourself (no other customers in store or drive thru) in the drive thru for 25 minutes, this place has issues. The staff is very neglectful and rude, plus their conversation topics in front of customers are disgusting. When addressing a customer you should never use street slang especially when your a manager. I will never set foot in this KFC ever again and will very much, miss the chicken:(

So do not expect this to be a fast food experience. Now compared to other KFCs that Ive been to this is not the worst. They did get the order correct and after the order was placed the food was ready somewhat timely. Now the rub is the time to take the order was a bit long. I will say that the staff is friendly if not a bit understaffed by 1 to 2 members. The restrooms from my wifes view needs a bit of attention. So if you a woman work on your leg muscles before using this ladies room. Overall not the best but not the worst.

Rarely go here but when I do I see why I rather drive a extra 45 mins out the way to go to Popeyes. Staff is some what friendly. They never get your order correct. Please check your food before you leave. They always run out of chicken. How are you a chicken establishment but dont have chicken? Clearly the employees are taking the chicken home to there families.
