Look, Im not the type of person that leaves bad reviews for stuff. Theres enough negativity in this world that I generally leave the bad reviews to saltier souls than I. If I have a really bad experience with a place, then I take my business elsewhere. Water off the ducks back. Even if I do have a bad experience, I prefer to see the best in everyone and give them the benefit of a doubt. So understand that the following statement is coming from an admitted Pollyanna: for Gods sake, dont order from here. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The pizza is eh, but its really not the issue here. Its a bit below normal Pizza Hut standards, but not like, hilariously below it. If it had shown up in like, ten to twenty minutes, then it would have been fine. But no, no, it showed up nearly an hour and a half late. When I made the order, I told it would be ready in ten minutes. I called forty five minutes later to ask what was up, and was told it would be there any second now. Forty five minutes later, it shows up at my hotel room. This Pizza Hut is literally across the street from the Ramada. (Honest to God, less than five hundred feet from my hotel room.) I was taking care of a care dependent parent and thus wasnt able to leave my room, but had I been able to, I would have had my pizza an hour earlier if I had just walked across the street to get it. More over, for some incredible reason, the pizza here is far, far more expensive than a normal Pizza Hut. Just stay away. Dont order from here.

This Pizza Hut is run less like a business and more like a zoo. This has happened multiple times, but I just placed an order where my food never arrived. Upon calling the restaurant, the manager lied to me and spoke to me with a completely inappropriate attitude, claiming that I never placed an order (even though I was looking at my digital receipt and my bank card had already been charged). They also told me that they didnt even have one of the items I ordered, and rather than calling me and asking me if I wanted to make a substitution, the employees on duty just ignored it and were content to never send along my food. It is an absolute disgrace. Im only giving this restaurant one star because it wont let me leave it at zero. It would be one thing if this was an isolated incident, considering it is a Friday night in a college town, but this is the second time I have had this exact issue, and the umpteenth time that I have had delivery issues with this store.

I have ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut a few times, and every time is the same story. I place order and get a really long time estimate (1.5+ hours). 15 minutes after it was supposed to be here, I call the store, and they say its with the driver and should be here soon. Another 15 minutes later, it finally shows up, and the food is all cold. Today, when the driver final called to say he was outside, he claimed he had been already knocking for 10 minutes. Apparently he was at the wrong apartment. For 10 minutes. He didnt think to call in all that time. The first time I assumed it might have been an off night. After three times, I definitely wont be ordering from here again.

The most expensive, yet disgusting pizza I have ever eaten, EVER. 2 Pizzas and a "hot chocolate brownie" were $51.54 delivered.... I will never spend my money here, never never never again. Even Pappa Johns and Dominoes would have been better and that is saying a lot because those are some nasty pizzas, too. Their solution... a credit for more of the same? My son can eat it, I wont! He thinks its "okay"... and rates it a 4 out of ten... I would rate it a 1 out of ten... it was hot when it arrived, after all. :/ Annette R. Freeville NY

The food is... well, its a Pizza Hut, so you basically know what youre in for. The manager can be a jerk - he treated me like an idiot when I was having a problem with an online deal order. It turned out to be a website error when using a certain browser. This probably doesnt matter to some people, but I find the Pittsburgh Steelers theme that you are hammered with throughout the whole restaurant pretty annoying, especially here in upstate NY. Sorry, despite the huge banner, this is NOT Steelers Country.

$10.23 got me a lunch buffet. It was the usual thing I see at lunch buffets - quantity over quality. Definitely not worth $10. The pizza they serve at dinner may be better, but I have yet to visit this Pizza Hut around dinner time. They have about half a dozen different styles of pizza at any time along with dessert pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, pasta, and a salad bar. So its got a decent variety. I just didnt really enjoy the pizza they served.

Not as good as it used to be. The pizza we got was a stuffed crust that was paper thin and slathered in butter to the point where it was salty and dripped. The place needs a very good cleaning, as the booths and walls are splattered with food and drink, and the walls and booths where they meet the floors have a few spots where it appears the wood is rotting. The vents in the ceiling are covered in black all around them, which is gross.

Had the worth restaurant experience ever. Will never go back! The so called manager needs real training. I waited an hour for food had to clean my own table. Which was sticky and Gross. That whole place needs a good cleaning. My drinks tasted stale and Gross. Just the worse place to go . I hope some one from corporate sees this and does something because that place is just a joke.

I just spent the last 30 minutes trying to call this place. Actually let the phone ring for 3 minutes and nothing. This place is a joke. NOT to mention the longest delivery time in Ithaca. This place is never packed, so why are they so slow. BUNCH OF RETARDS!!! Papa Johns it is....

Dude I get it. I trust Pizza Hut as much as the next unsuspecting victim. But the service, not the food itself, was not acceptable. Gives us wrong order. Also gave us their copy of the receipt. On our way to return it now. Food was 4/10. My stomach is upset.

Havent been to a sit down pizza hut in year and was happy to find one in Ithaca. Pizza is pizza hut quality pizza so its nothing to write home about, but it did bring back the old memories for me.

I placed an order online and it took over 2 hours for it to come. I called two times and the person had an attitude with me and I live 5 minutes away from Pizza Hut. So disappointed.

I waited a meatlovers pizza more than 1 hour, they arrived an hour and a half later. Also the delivery boy was rude.. I never come back to deliver in pizza hut.
