It took 25 minutes at the drive thru window with nobody in line but me. I was handed the wrong bag of food 3 times. The kids working inside kept walking around clearly not knowing what to do because the MANAGER was oblivious to all that was going on, never once noticed me at the window, never once gave direction to anyone, and never once did anything but put fried chicken in boxes, which she screwed up my order by giving me the wrong chicken. The manager needs to be either fired or retrained, all of the staff needs a thorough retraining. This Roy Rogers location is terrible.

First time there and the service was horrible. Order was wrong and went back to let them know the mistake and the cashier made it seem like it was our fault. The sweet tea machine was empty and got some from behind the counter. It wasnt even sweet...no sugar in it what so ever. Only three customers were in there and the fixins area was a mess and so was the soda area. Im sure they had time to clean up because of the few customers and just didnt. So that was my first time eating there and my last.

The service wasnt great BUT they are fairly new and the guy waiting on me was very opologetic and clearly a little frazzled as they had just gotten a group in right before close. They seem to care about the customers and speed will come with time. My group of 3 waited about 15 minutes. I WILL give them another chance and Ill go there when I have a bit more time. DONT BE DISCOURAGED GUYS, YOULL GET BETTER!

This was my first experience in a Roy Rogers. Store #56. Food and service was great. What kept this from a 5 star rating was how the manager or supervisor, Karen, was speaking to one of her employees. We were sitting at the end of the restaurant furthest from the counter and we could hear her barking instruction and yelling, even though they were all wearing headsets.

This place sucks. I tried to get chicken here twice. Once at the drive-thru. was told I would have to wait 20 min. I left. Today I went in and ordered. Waited 20 min. and had to ask for my money back. Have never in my life asked for my money back at a "fast food" restaurant and Im 60 years old. I think that speaks for itself.

This place brought back memories for me. I was driving though town and notice this place. Went in order fried chicken and strawberry shortcake all I can say is AWESOME. I will visit again when i come back this way.

Food was cold. Employees were diffident, for the most part. But, to be fair, I complained to the Manager and she offered me a free meal. Which was nice of her, but I would not go back there even if it were free.

Drive thru is usually how we eat here. It always seems to be a stressful situation for employees working the window. Know what you ordered and check what you get. Milkshakes are just okay.

The kids that run it are sweet as pie but need more guidance. I never get ketchup, lettuce or tomatoes, fries are ALWAYS salty and burgers never taste as good as other Roy Rogers.
