This is the SECOND time I have been served a soda with cleaning solution in it. I have worked in fast food for 3 years and I know the whole cleaning process they do on cleaning their nozzles. The first time I got a large soda and you could just smell it as you popped the lid. Unfortunately for both of these times I was heading to work and couldnt express my dissatisfaction. Also both times Ive gotten served the Sanitation soda was during their night shifts at 9pm through the drive thru. I urge everyone to check their drinks to save yourself from drinking the solution. I had gotten sick and major migraines from these both occurrences. God forbid this hasnt happened to any children coming through. I am completely hesitant at getting any beverage here ever again.

It wasnt busy, I walked up to order, the manager proceeded to ignore me- not even acknowledging me- for 5 minutes while he trained a new employee. As I was walking out the door he finally yelled across the restaurant to ask me if I needed anything! Really?!? Why did you think I was standing in front of you at the cash register for 5 minutes? Also, you have to ask for sauce, its not available like other locations, and theyre stingy with it! Pathetic!

I was able to get cubed chicken instead of that shredded chicken that they ruined the tacos with I did not realize that I could get it because the Taco Bell in Warrenton told me they do not sell them that way anymore I was very upset because I get 6 chicken soft tacos every time I go and I did not eat there for a year and a half over that thank you Taco Bell for allowing cubed chicken or chunky chicken back in your tacos

Higher than most other local taco Bell prices, but thats forgivable if the quality also increased with the cost. That isnt the case unfortunately. I dont mean to say there was a mistake with my order or that it wasnt edible. But there is the distinct impression that ingredients are skimped out on; not enough beef, extra lettuce, crunch wrap supreme seemed a little empty on the inside.

Horrible service havent gotten taco bell in awhile and i just needed time but some lady was being quite rude. And needless to say she was talkig crap about me in spanish and i knew every word of it and also you can hear her sigh ing through he microphone. And when we approached the window everyone was telling her to relax. Just dont go because they seem to not care about their job

Order was wrong they made it right. Except the crazy lady freaking out because she can do no wrong. She literally stormed out from the back counter and told the 2 guys they could make the order because she did mess up! If you ask me she needs to go! Great job guys on making it right. 12/26/2016 @ 1145pm ( hopefully the manger reads his or her reviews and references the schedule)

Open hours are not accurate. Staff took it upon themselves to close 3 hours early, locking their doors and actually pointing and laughing when customers tried to get in during a massive rain storm. This was also just after a heavy metal concert with lots of hungry concert goers. Dont waste your time or your money. Clearly they dont want either.

I never had a problem with any taco bell my family and I went in to get our order fixed because the staff made it wrong I spoke to the manager and they said to come back and we will make it again no charge, we pulled up and the staff and management were rude and yelled at me.

Its not cuisine, but its great food for the price, and its all easily customizable. And as someone who changes up the ingredients every time I go, Im happy to report theyve made mistakes just twice. Not a bad track record, as far as Im concerned.

I like the food, the only thing is that this location has never gotten my order right. Theres always at least one thing wrong with it. Its almost like the workers dont know English or just plain cant read.
