DISGUSTING FOOD, MOST EXPENSIVE OF 5 BUFFETS IN THE SAME AREA= DONT GET BOGGED OUT AND EMPTY YOUR WALLET HERE, GO TO ONE OF 4 OTHER BUFFETS IN SAME AREA WITH EDITABLE AND ACTUALLY GOOD TASTING FOOD!!!!!!!! When we first went here close to when it opened the food was undeniably disgusting. Then someone wanted to come back from memory of it being good and tried to talk them out of it but ended up going anyways so I tried to give it a honestly clean try again and not with worst expectations possible. To start off there are about 4 other buffets in the plaza, across the road, and next to the plaza that have good food. This is also the most expensive out of them all and the food is repulsive. The food was so disgusting to the point that I had the urge to spit out about half the things that I had. The organization here is uniquely horrible in some areas like for example I have absolutely never seen in my life the staff serve you ice cream and it happens to be the person who is making disgusting disserts so expect to be waiting for a while maybe in a line of people who will be waiting for a long time over something unnecessary. The soft serve machine was broken in the back (could be couinsidense) and there was no sign of a cot and candy machine anywhere (some of the only things that I felt could be brand name safe foods). Finally, the atmosphere is filled with kids running around like maniacks. repulsive foot + annoying atmosphere/service + highest price out of 5 buffets (this included) in the same area= dont waste your time/money or you will be regretting it later for sure.

If I could give this place a negative zero rating I would.The service is horrible. I have been there a few times and they have a scam going with tips. Beware of this scam. They think they are a restaurant and if you dont tip, they wont serve you. If you come by yourself and sit alone, the waitress wont serve you because they think they wont get a big tip. I came by myself and sat there for an hour and ate my whole meal without any waitress coming to give me a drink. All the tables with the large groups of people got service by my waitress except me. The waitress only wants to serve large groups of people sitting at a table because they think, the will get a large tip. I seriously think this is a Golden Coral predatory practice that is supported by management of the Golden Coral. I believe Golden Coral purposely do not allow customers to get their own drinks, because this way, you have to tip the waitress for her services. Why do we need a waitress to give us a glass of water?. We get our food ourselves why cant we get our own water also. Please beware of this and pay close attention to this, I felt like I was being shaken down over a drink of water. The waitress are lazy, when I go there I see them eating the food, drinking and sitting and not servicing customers. The food taste terrible, the food always taste under cook.They always seem to run out of food in the buffet. You always have to wait until they cook more food. Their food never look very appetizing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY HAVE PREDATORY PRACTICES

Absolutely Awful. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. Staff is very friendly but the food quality was horrific. I just dont understand how that place draws the number of people it does. The night I went the line was almost out the door and I had to wait in a line reminiscent of Disney World. I have never been to one before so given the crowd and wait I was excited with anticipation for an awesome buffet. Once it was finally my turn to enter the restaurant I was extremely disappointed with what I encountered. The majority of the food selection areas were completely out of food and were not replenished even once during my entire dining experience. The little food they did have available was very low quality, looked way past its shelf life and in several cases was unrecognizable to what it actually was. The steaks were at least cooked in front of you but dont even bother expecting to get the correct doneness. I asked for medium rare and got a very very well done steak. The only thing that seemed like it was even somewhat decent in quality was the dessert area but even that is being generous. I strongly strongly recommend not ever going to this place unless you really have no care for edible food or just really hate yourself.

The food was good, but they have you pay before the meal and when we got there the cashier was out of singles. She paged for managers 3xs and they never showed up and none of the other staff could find them either. This resulted in a very long wait to get in, even with only a few people in line and eventually the cashier ended up getting change from customers in line. Pretty ridiculous. Also, this is the second time weve eaten here and both times the staff seems completely unaware of refilling your drinks. Since it happened both times with different servers, its likely a training issue. The rule of thumb I was taught is if the glass is half or lower, it needs to be refilled. We were there through three plates, about 45 mins and were not given refills until we were ready to stand up and leave when my wife finally got one after asking. Again, the server was pleasant, but I think this again falls on the ghost managers who run this place. We probably wont be going back anytime soon.

I dont get all the good reviews. The only good thing about this place is the fact that you get alot of food for what you pay. other than that, its awful. The tables are all dirty, The staff are dirty (the lady that brought our drinks smelled like an ashtray, plus cat piss). Most the food was overcooked and oversalted and generally just tasted awful. The eggs were still half powdered. The sesame chicken was hard as a rock, it literally felt like chewing on a rock.. There are no trash bins to empty your plate into before you go back up to the buffet, so you end up taking a new plate each time and leaving a stack of dirty plates on the table... more plates to wash, more water used, just wasteful. The only thing that was somewhat okay to eat was the french toast. The drinks were way over priced also. I think i paid like $3 for a cup of (flavorless) sweet tea. I seriously dont recommend this place to anyone.

Its okay. Not good or bad, just okay. Cons to eating here: Floors are slightly dirty The long waiting times in the later hours Some food mentioned in advertisement isnt present Some silverware and plates are dirty Price (upwards of $60 for 4 people and fountain drinks) Kids running around unsupervised Pros: Friendly staff, some of the nicest folks I met Diverse selection of food. You pay up front and eat as much as you want Restrooms are decently cleaned Decent deals (if you can catch them) Family friendly enviroment Baked fish (this is biased in my opinion, but gosh darn it that was some good fish) Im going to be honest, this place is not for everyone. There were a trio of elderly women next to us who flat out HATED their experience. For my family, it was an okay experience. We wouldnt come back again tomorrow, maybe a few months from now.
