This had to be a joke! We patiently waited quite a while for our food. When the food finally caim, three out 6 orders were wrong. We let our waitress know what was missing.. We waited and waited. Reminded our waitress again. Said she would check. Never did get our correct food. Waitress knew it and we seen her discuss it with the manager. And you will never believe this... they charged us for extra sides on food we never got plus they charged us $3.29 for a vanilla ice coffee that nobody ever ordered!!!! And three of us ordered flavored lemonade drinks for $3.29 each. We got water with strawberries in it. I asked them to check the lemonade. She said they would bring us a fresh glass as soon as they check it. It never came. I asked her to put it in a togo cup and she says "oh we are out of lemonade" ! And we got charged for it anyways too! Needless to say this place is really a messed up confused place! They took off the food we didnt get off our ticket , but still charged us for three cups of water with a few pieces of strawberries in it! I have worked and managed in restaurants and I would have given a discount to those who didnt get all their food! After all 2 of us didnt order an extra side, we exchanged our side so therefore was shorted food that we had paid for!! Very poor business ethics!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service ever!! Its a real shame because the food is very good... just not worth the hassle. My boyfriend and I went to this location a month ago in the evening. Seated quickly, 15 minutes til we could place our order then they somehow lost the order! Long story short, we ate an hour after placing our order but the manager comped the meal. Second try was today, sunday 11:30am, and no better. 10 minutes to be seated, then 45 minutes til food arrived. The waiter never returned after setting down our drinks, until we asked for the check. IHOP corporate needs to take a look at this place. The couple behind us to pay were also complaining about the service, I sae a manager apologizing to the family across from us for their poor service and long wait, and also saw a customer trying to get his bill corrected after not receiving all his food!! Cmon IHOP, you need to do better than this! We gave you a second chance and you blew it. Its Dennys for us from now on!

Went to IHOP today, the worse service ever. My neighbor and I got there at 0825 for breakfast. We place our order and after 45 min we were told that there was a problem with the order, so our order was place again,the manager came out and said she was sorry and we would get 30 percent off our bill after another 30 min we got our food, and guess what the order was not correct. After being there almost 2 hrs, we ended up getting our food free. The manager said it was because of a large party that was in there for breakfast.....well that large group go there every first Tuesday of the month. I dont think this was all the fault of our server, I think Management should know how to schedule for this when she know that a group comes on that day every month

Me grandparents had just come back from Peru and wanted to spend the next day for breakfast at a restaurant so we went to ihop to eat. We were seated, the lady who said she was NOT our server came out and got us or drinks. My grandfather eagerly wanted to order, so we all order except me. I had to go back to the kitchen and place my order. 45mins later all of our orders expect my grandfathers came out. Our real server then came out and asked to take our order. my grandfather had to eat off my grandfathers plate. 20mins later our NON server dropped some glasses close to our table. we were also missing all of the table condiments such as salt, pepper, syrup, and sugar.

we never go out to breakfast but today we decided to... we started out at the Culpeper ihop they were waaay to busy, then we went to Warrenton dennys, absolutely terrible ended up walking out...finally went across tje parking lot to the warrenton IHOP... amazing!!! Our Waiter was Joseph, super friendly and made my iced coffee fresh took great care of us and the food was great! my daughter is 2 and was getting bored and the waitress Jessica came over and was playing with her..my daughter is pretty shy but took right to Jessica... you can tell this staff is happy and they know how to take care of clients we will be coming back to this one even tho we live in Culpeper

Thus was the worst place to EVER !!we where celebrating my sister’s birthday, so for brunch she wanted IHOP, we ordered egg whites instead of regular eggs , they where spoiled, geez we got a mouth full of spoiled eggs , we told our waitress, she tired to be polite .. but brunch was ruined . So we asked for the check, even though she took the eggs off the bill , our meal was still ruin , we told the cashier, who was the supervisor , she said oh , we took the eggs off , I told her look at our plates we didnt eat , didnt matter , we paid $ 38.42 for food that was not eaten , DONT EAT HERE !!!

We had a terrible dining experience here. The restaurant was not busy but we were left sitting in the waiting area because the hostess was too busy chit-chatting with other staff members. As for our meal, I specifically asked that they not put pancake batter in my omelette, something that they typically do, in case any of you reading this didnt know. However, my request was ignored. I then asked for softly scrambled eggs and what I got were like pellets. So all in all, I did not enjoy my meal and we will not be returning to this particular IHOP in the future. Id rather go to Dennys, next door!

We came here for dinner on Mothers Day after hiking Skyline, the manager brought my mom and grandma flowers and a gift bag. All the wait staff was friendly and personable, we got our food in decent time and mine was fantastic (German crepes with scrambles egg whites, bacon, hashbrowns). Also, good coffee! Not too weak, not too strong. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was they ran out of cheese blintzes for my grandma.

Our family loves IHOP in Warrenton. The host is very friendly and table service is great. Its a popular family restaurant so expect a little wait during peak/prime times. Tuesday Kids Eat Free (4-9PM) ...Gotta love that! Cant decide on what you want? My daughter and I order the "Silver 5" and the "2 x 2 x 2!" Cant go wrong with these "go to" dishes :)

Walked in during the Wednesday evening church crowd which was insanely packed, asked the lady at the front counter for an order to go. She was beyond helpful and nice and greeted every customer going and coming with a great attitude. Only waited 10mins for my order even though it was packed. Great place.
