I ordered a sandwich from this Pizza Hut less than a month ago and they sent the wrong sandwich. I called and the manager said they would send the correct sandwich. I basically waited all night and did not receive the sandwich. This was frustrating because I was entertaining guest and the sandwich was for my fiancé. In an attempt to see if I wanted to order from this establishment again, I called today December 20th to see if they would honor sending out the sandwich they were suppose to send. Since I never received the original sandwich, I would assume that the person delivering the food would mention that the food was not delivered. Apparently it was not reported therefore, I wasted time calling the manager trying to engage in a conversation on why I did not call the next day to report the sandwich I never received. Because of this experience, I ended up ordering from Phillys best. Pizza hut will never receive my business because of the dishonest business that was provided to me. The sandwich was for my fiancé who had to settle for a sandwich that she did not want. The manager I spoke with told me that since I waited so long to call, she cant do anything about it. Thats fine because now Ive made the decision that I will no longer order from Pizza Hut due to this experience. Thank you for nothing.

I have never in my life had such a bad experience with any business or person like i had with LIsa, the manager at this pizza hut. She was so melodramtic, rude and honestly plan obnoxious and it buffles me at how she could be manager for such great company. i ordered supper supreme stuff crust pizza with extra toppings for delivery on Monday night through Tatiana. i was super specific that i wanted it very well done due to the fact that i am pregnant and having received a semi-cooked pizza previously, i repeated this 3x to Tatiana. unfortunately when the it arrived it was bearly cooked, the pineapple didnt even get in the oven and everything was dripping off the pizza. i immediately called and was directed to Lisa the manager. She was so rude,screaming "i dont care, i dont care and i that this is what happens when you order extra toppings. My concern and question was why wasnt i informed of this when i placed my order and especially when i told them i was pregnant and wanted it well done.

The second time in 1 week that I ordered from this Pizza Hut and I done waited over an hour and a half each time for my food .. the first time I waited a whole hour and 45 minutes my food got here and it was cold I called the next one and so I can speak to the manager some girl got on the phone and told me I could not speak to the manager until I gave her my name then told me to come in the store so I can tell her what I have to tell her to her face I then try to order food again tonight giving them the benefit of the doubt .. and here I am waiting a whole nother hour and 45 minutes because the delivery driver forgot my food its bullshit never will i order again from this pizzahut ...

Horrible service at this location on a Friday night! I placed my order at 5:30 pm and was told my order would be delivered in 45 minutes. After hearing nothing an hour later I called and was told my pizza was on the way. Another 30 minutes and still no delivery, I called back and the person who answered asked for my name and put me on hold for 7 + minutes. I called back and got a third person who tells me my name and number are not even in the system. Sounded like a bunch of kids with no knowledge of professionalism and customer service. Never again - ordering from somewhere else. So frustrating...

I share a card with my wife. I work over the road so when I order food I tend to use that card. I placed my order and was given a 45 minute wait time. Once the driver arrived I was told they needed an imprint of said card. I had anot her form of payment but being put off I opted to return the food. I can understand protecting your company and others. What I cant understand is the inability to disclose this information instead of making a person wait and inform them than. For me if the service is good Ill return. No loss for a big company, just my two cents on an experience.

Had many issues with this pizza hut which got me to write a review. As a vegetarian theyve "accidently" added meat once and never gave me a discount or be respectful about the situation. Today when I came with my family and cousins, I odered 7 pizzas and got 6, after waiting 30 mins I confronted the waiter about the uth pizza and he says you never ordered it. As it turns out his notebook read 7 but he forgot to flip the page. Smh

My order did arrive on time but that is the only good thing I can say. I live only. 5 miles away yet my order arrived cold and undercooked. The toppings were minimal to say the least ( Hawaiian pizzas should have more then 6 pieces of pineapple on it.This isnt the first time, it was the 3rd and absolute last time. For the amount of money they charge I shouldnt have to recook it. Save your money, go somewhere else.

If I could give no stars I would! Worst Pizza Hut Ive ever had. 5 min drive from my house but lets face it, we all get lazy. Multiple times now when Ive ordered delivery it takes almost 2 hours to get my food. Sauceless cold wings. Cold dried out pizza. Finally called to complain and I get a free medium pizza to cover my $20 order that was unedible... WTF! Avoid this place like the plague

Ive been eating here off and on over the last 3 years and the food is always good. The staff members are friendly and even when they are super busy they try to be considerate of the customers. This is one of the few places that still has a family dinning space and the management / owners have a sense of community.

Update 2/21/16. The store manager called to rectify the issue. She went above and beyond to see that we got to try the garlic knot pizza despite the previous poor communication. I can really respect that. The new pizza was really good. A but heavy in dough but still very good. 4* pizza 5* communication.

This pizza hut does not exist. The number is for a pizza hut location in howard county. And my review needs to be at least 100 characters. So I will write nonsense from here on out. Please do not call this location expecting them to deliver in the 20740 zip code.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Sloppy management, with terrible staff. The manager (LISA) and staff were extremely rude & racist. She had no type of empathy or remorse, then accused me of credit card fraud! A shame! DO NOT EAT HERE.
