When you go for your tasting dont be fooled by the location. She works out of her kitchen. You are in the right place :). We had an outdoors themed wedding and we wanted the cake to look like wooden logs, tree stumps stacked on top of each other with our initials engraved on the side. When we did the cutting, people were surprised because they didnt even notice that it was the cake. It looked so realistic they thought it was another decoration. Almost all of the cake was consumed by our guests and as most of the other reviews will tell you, the cake was moist and tasty! It looked amazing and tasted great! Home run Annette! Our cake was three different layers (a 12", 10" and 8") each with its own icing/cake/filling combination. Annette was extremely responsive with our questions and flexible about the tasting. The tastings are setup where you choose a few icing/cake combinations and then choose filling flavors to try with each icing/cake combination. It was a very pleasant experience. All of the options were so good it was difficult to choose! We asked to have her setup delivery of the cake to the venue, which was on time and correct. Altogether a great service!

Annette is AMAZING! If you are looking for a cake that will wow you, taste as good as it looks, and most importantly professional, friendly, and flexible service this is the woman. Weather you know exactly what you want or totally lost like I was this woman will work with you and make sure you are satisfied. She did such an amazing job with my daughters first birthday cake and really made not just a cake that looked exactly how I wanted it to but that tasted amazing as well! Not to mention on short notice and at a reasonable price! She puts her whole heart into these cakes and it shows once you taste and see them. She really worked with me and walked me through the whole process making it so easy for me between my chaotic schedule and zero knowledge on anything to do with cakes. I had been so stressed about if Id even end up with what I wanted but after talking to Annette the one stress I was not having about my little girls first birthday was the cake!

Absolutely perfect! She made our 6 inch wedding bride and groom cake and all 120 cupcakes just the way we wanted. They were gorgeous!! The color was spot on and the flower petal and rosette design looked elegant. She perfectly paired the flavors which we had the chance to sample at the tasting. She let us try several options and gave recommendations. By far the French vanilla cake with strawberry creme filling was our favorite. We also had red velvet with cream cheese frosting. The guests raved about how amazing the cake was! It was moist with just the right amount of filling. Our lemon cake with raspberry was yummy too! We will definitely use Annette again for cakes in the future whether its for a birthday, anniversary or party!! Thank you for making our special day everything we hoped for!! ❤❤❤

Two days before my 50th Birthday, I called Annette after being turned down by two other local bakeries. I had my two favorite dessert/cravings in my head and wanted to join them. Ms. Annette you did an awesome job on the Dallas Cowboys cake! It looked great and tasted amazing. The peoples were speechless when they saw the cake and I had multiple compliments on the cake and that some people even went back for seconds.
